My Truck broke down on Sunday night in front of Profiles Nails and Beauty Salon. Even though it was after hours they stayed late and helped me out. Jumped my truck. It’s in the picture. They are the sweetest people. There only concern was for my welfare. Thanks Ladies!

Had a gel manicure. They were not busy but she was clearly in an hurry. All the polish started to chip off the next day. Will never go back. Gave them a one star because zero wasn’t an option. Stay away.

I bought a luxury gel pedicure on Groupon but either didn't receive a gel pedicure or she did a not great job because the polish started coming off my toes within 3 days. Also they didn't have anymore of the color I wanted, so she suggested an alternative way to closely mimic that color, but it was way off in the end and she didn't care that I was displeased with the color. On the positive side, the cleansing and care of my feet and skin were really great.

I bought a Groupon to use this salon for a pedicure. The nail tech was a young woman who was friendly & took her time. I enjoyed the pedicure, but woke up the next day with infection on 1 side of my big toe. With soaking it & Neosporin, the red streak went away within a week. I didn't call, but should have.

I ALWAYS go to Rebecca!! She is very patient with me, the chronically undecided client! LOL! I love how she does acrylic for me as well as the dip powder that I have recently changed to. I like the dips but I really love all of the different designs she has done for me when I get acrylic… hence my indecision. You WILL NOT regret going to this creative young woman… she will transform your nails into wonderful art!

I came in for a back fill with YARI but ended up getting regular gel polish. She was very friendly and careful with my hands. The atmosphere was all very nice and all of the employees were very comfortable/friendly with their clients.

I have been going here for years and they are the best. Me and my mom come here maybe twice a year to get our hair done and they do a great job. really nice and fun environment. All the girl are nice and welcoming. They also do great nails, always end with great results.

Made 4 appointments for 10 AM. Was never told there was only two nail techs. The appointments were for 2 full sets, one child’s manicure and a regular pedicure. After 2.5 hours we left having only gotten 3 of the 4 services. I asked for a refund on the Groupon I purchased and was told that wasn’t going to happen. Waisted half the day sitting on the uncomfortable waiting sofa, and was ignored. Never ever ever again!!!! Not worth the time or the money. Added: We were all booked for 10AM, had ANYONE mentioned there was only two techs for 4 people I would have planned accordingly. Yesterday when we asked how long a full set would take we were told “a little more than 1 hour.” It took more than 2 hours. Perhaps it took longer because, as your tech told my 13 ur old daughter, “I had a little too much fun last night”. She also mentioned you were short a tech. Like I said, had I been made aware of the wait I wouldn’t have been so annoyed. It was the fact that I was sitting there for 2 hours being ignored while the manager was getting her hair cut/colored, one nail tech was on personal call after personal call while with one of my daughters and the other was swearing and talking about all the “fun” she had the night before. BTW, the regular mani is already chipping, it’s not even 4 hours old. Bottom line is we won’t be back.

Rebecca is absolutely the best nail tech there is. Ive been coming to her everywhere she has been for YEARS. I’ve flown from Las Vegas to Florida just to see her and get the opportunity to have my nails done by her. She is positive, uplifting, amazingly kind, and her nail art is better than most anything I’ve ever seen. She is, and I mean this literally, the queen of nails. Her drive for perfection and client satisfaction goes beyond words. If you go here, see Rebecca. You will not regret it

So the business owner says there is nothing wrong with these nails, yet won't claim them. Why deny these nails if you claim there is nothing wrong with them? Stand on your work! Don't let them tell you these nails are not from this shop. They are from this shop and the business owner knows them well.

The salon is very clean, the staff is friendly, and my pedicure looks good. I can’t rate 5 stars, though, because the seating for pedicures is so uncomfortable! It’s a padded bench seat with a straight back, so there’s no way to recline and get comfortable. The design looks cute, but it’s just not functional.

UPDATE: hun, don't act brand new, these nails are from YOUR shop from YOUR nail tech and you know these nails well as you were contacted about these nails and have these nails in your phone! You are a liar ma'am. These are your nails, STAND ON THEM. Worst nails I have ever seen. Terrible customer service and overpriced
