Got my first Michigan mani Pedi here and I love it!!! The ladies were so sweet, clean environment, average prices. Mary did my pedicure, it felt so amazing! I forgot the girls name that did my manicure but I love it!

Haven't had a pedicure in about a year. Looked up which salon to visit and Professional had the best rating. So I tried it. Not disappointed one bit. The salon is extremely clean , Nicely decorated and a great location. And my pedicure was Fantastic !!!

I’ve gone here before several times and had a good experience. I went with a friend who has a physical disability and the manicurist grabbed her hands roughly, got annoyed when she couldn’t move fast enough and told her she’s a problem. I don’t care if that was supposed to be a joke, it was rude and I won’t be back.

One of the best pedicures I have had since moving to Grand Rapids 5 years ago. I love my French tip look for my trip this week. The lady was super nice and was willing to take care of me a hour before they close due to me getting off late

I only come here to get my nails done. I have gone place to place looking for an amazing place to go and I religiously go here. If you are worried about them about about you, don't. Because we all have. I have asked them about it several times asking what they talk about and it's either family, church, or the other jobs that they have. You're aloud to ask questions and have conversation woth them, having fun with the amazing women here is the best part of the experience. This is the best nail place and I would tell you you should get your nails done here not anywhere else. Edit: Just got my nails done and I just have to share this. There are photos of my nails and then the photo I showed them. They just look amazing.

They did a very nice job. The only thing is my nails are bent upwards and look awkward. I’m not sure what happened but I think the tips they put on got glued on in a weird way. I got done fake tips with Shellac and a french tip.

Went here for my first time yesterday and it was awesome! Got a full set shellac and a classic pedicure and Mary did an amazing job! Also first time trying chrome and I am obsessed. Highly recommend coming here!

Mary and all of the nail artists are amazing. They are friendly and excellent at what they do. I took my daughter to get her nails done for her 13th birthday and Sherry “nailed it” and replicated the inspiration picture she showed her.

My first time at this business but not my last. I would give Sherry 100 stars if I could. I walked in with a picture of what wanted for my nails for my son's wedding. She exceeded my expectations. She was so gentle and a perfectionist while doing my acrylics. The cherry on top was the awesome hand massage at the end. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Sherry started my pedicure. Again, a very thorough, gentle and professional job. Her massage skills on my feet and lower legs had me almost asleep. I had what's called the "Professional Pedicure" on their list of types of pedicures. So worth it. Don't hesitate to request Sherry. You will not be disappointed.

These are legit my favorite nails I've ever had. Sharry was my nail artist and she was so funny and nice, switched bits on her file bc my nails are super sensitive, and just took the time to make my nails look amazing. The other woman there (didn't catch her name but I think she's the owner) came over as soon as I was being worked on to show me pictures of her kids, and they were both just super nice and great. These nails are exactly what I asked for but somehow better? 10/10, no notes.

They did an ok job on my nails, but I honestly felt bullied here. I had to turn down gel four times when asking for polish, but they wouldn't take no for an answer until I told them gel hurts my skin and nails, which she replied "it doesn't hurt" (ok?), and that I am a skin cancer survivor and cannot use the curing lamps. I honestly just should've left then and there. I've since found a much nicer salon elsewhere.
