First time I've ever had my nails done, and the lovely people working were so kind, considerate and accepting. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs to feel a little prettier :) ♡ thanks for taking care of me and my best friend.

I got acrylics 3 days ago and it is very lumpy on some nails and one of my nails chipped the 2nd day I had them. It was $50. There was nail dust on her hands and when she put the acrylics on me there was nail dust all over my nails. And when she was doing my nails she would stop doing my nails and answer/call someone. Also they would yell across the nail salon to each other. They were nice and all but I think I will go somewhere else next time.

If you want your nails done in under 20 minutes, unsanitized tools, this is the place for you! Not only that but you get to watch them switch back-and-forth from client to client without washing their hands… Their hands are so full of nail dust. It looks like they haven’t washed their hands since they worked on their first client. I dread to think about their practices, when it comes to doing pedicures on people. They are nice people but that’s it…

Idk why everyone has said negative things about them I went today and the husband did my nails and he was excellent. Very kind and gentle as well friendly. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and done exactly that.

The lady providing the pedicure literally hit the top of my foot with a large foot brush and told me to be still. Very unprofessional and just strange. No apologies. This has been a while back but I was just made aware that this type of behavior continues and thought I should say something.

The woman does an ok job. The man not so much.. The communication is very hard on what you want to have done. Also a bit rude there. Gel Polish on 2 nails came off 2nd day. Had to go back and get them fixed. Day 4 polish coming off 4 nails so forget going back again . In my opinion it's a go to only when you have too.

Beware! Absolutely horrible. One of the ladies at your establishment screamed and yelled at a little girl getting her nails done with her mother. Screamed at them until they were both crying! The little girl was looking at the gel polish wheel of pre-painted nails and one of them fell off… that’s what caused the woman working there to scream at this child! Horrible experience for everyone who had to witness this. Learn how to handle situations, because this was not okay!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! Kelly had incredible customer service skills and was overall so talented. I'm unsure what the rest of these comments are referring to, because I love the way my manicure turned out. Will DEFINITELY be going back!

I couldn't be more pleased with Kelly and her husband. Always friendly and very conscience . My nails always look beautiful. I'm so lucky to have found these amazing people. They've become great friends to me along the way. Very grateful. I highly recommend you check out pro nails. You ll never be disappointed with either Kelly or her sweet husband.

Took my daughter here for her first pedicure. Was told she was “too small” (she’s 5) and I would be wasting my money to get her a pedicure. Told the lady that was fine but I still wanted to get them painted along with my pedicure. While doing my nails my daughter was looking at the book of gel polish colors and one of the nails popped off. The lady working there jumped up from doing another persons pedicure and came and jerked the book out of my daughters hand and started screaming and yelling at her. She yelled for probably 5 minutes over a nail popping out of the book. She made my 5 year old very upset and made her cry. She then told me that it would be $80 to replace the nail in the book. We continued with our service and started with our nails and the man wouldn’t let my daughter pick out the color she wanted. She wanted green and he picked hot pink for her. Not even 3 hours after our appointment her nails had already peeled off. Do not recommend this establishment. Not a child friendly environment or a friendly environment at all.

I will never walk into this place again this is the second time I have went in to try to get my nails done and they were so rude to me. Tonight I went in to try to get my nail repaired there were no other costumers in there I asked about getting a repair they refused because I was not a normal customer so I asked if they could do a fill in and no they couldn't. According to thier sign they were not closing for another hour an a half and I was told they could not do a fill in they were too busy... Noone I repeat no one was in there. THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER THERE!
