I have been using this store for many years. It’s not lavish in its interior but they do an excellent mani/pedi. I paid $110. O use it when I visit Melfa, VA where my sister lives. Very pleasant people and they take good care of me as I am disabled. They help me lift my feet for pedicures. Highly recommended

Kevin is Top tier,when it comes to being completely satisfied with your nails. I went in for my usual 3 wk visit on Thursday 2/22/2024,showed him a pic of what I wanted,but didn't have to be exact,but near to it and I walked out after he was done...I was one satisfied client. Kevin is the GOAT(greatest of all time)👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Thank you Kevin😊

I must say the best person in this shop is Micheal he is full of laughter and he gives you exactly what you ask for KEVIN IS GREAT WITH NAILS BUT today he showed me something very different HE FOLLOWED me ON TODAY OF 10-27-2023 I was trying to order some food from Panzotti’s and he followed me and questioned me on why I didn’t tip him????? Why did I give Micheal a 10$ tip and not him well to answer that question is because for 1. KEVIN is very jealous of the other workers if they get more tips then him I WOULD NEVER GO TO PRO NAILS AGAIN IN MY LIFE I was scared for my life as he kept following me had others looking watching me like I did something wrong

Went to this shop to get my nails done and not even 3 days later I noticed my nails started lifting and then one just popped off like it was a press on nail while I was showering. went they half fixed it then wanted me to pay. They saw that my nails looked bad cuz they asked when I got them done. Today another one popped off. Called and received very rude response. Would not recommend going. And I usually don’t write reviews like this but you can’t treat your paying customers rudely

If I could give 0 stars I would. They charge you a great amount for sloppy work and when you confront them they get an attitude. I had to return 2 times within 4 days to have my nails. No more for me .

OMG!!!! It was terrible. My nails started hurting right after he was done so I'm like okay maybe it's the product they use. But I was wrong if I could take a picture to post on here to show you guy what they did to my nails I would my f fingerhurts so bad. Never going back to that place.
