A friend of mine recommended this salon to me and I honestly will say I am shocked by some of the reviews I’ve read! Last appointment I went to, Kevin was my nail tech instead of Mai so I have had experience with both and can say without a doubt this is hands down my favorite nail salon to come to. Although the pedicures have been a little painful, my feet have absolutely never looked healthier in my life. The environment at this salon is so quiet and laid back and I leave feeling much more relaxed each time.

Ask for a pedicure than paraffin bath on my feet before the polish, the guy blew up told me too late no. We got into an argument and I told him I was done with him the lady did my paraffin for me and finished my polish but I had to pay first. Was going to get my eyebrows done but not from here after all that. Will not be back ever. If I could give negative stars I would. This was my stress relief but all that guy did was cause more.

I have been going to Kevin for my nails for several years now and don’t have any complaints with him BUT I gave the woman a chance this time and it was awful. I got a pedicure and acrylic set, the pedicure was extremely painful and the next day my toe is infected THEN while she was doing my nails I told her I want a coffin shape, she started mumbling annoyed and still gave me square because she was too lazy to shape them. If you go, I highly recommend kevin and not the woman

The lady took off half of my brow while waxing. I made a verbal complaint, and was polite. Then they said they couldn't refund me due to the rent amount for their building. Like what?

10/10 would NOT recommend. Horrible service. Full acrylic set was $55. Colors and designs don't match what is pictured as examples. Then when I addressed that they don't match, the man repeatedly told me "it's your fault you wanted this color" and said it would be an extra $25 for a color change. People who don't even work there answered the phone because the others were outside smoking.

First picture is what I went in with just needed a refill second picture is when I made the first guy stop cause I had no acrilic on the tip of my nails and the lady told me it was her shop and they never put acrilic on the tip which makes no sense to me at all then I had the lady stop cause she was going to leave my nails that shape and paint them and I told her I wasn't happy with the work and pointed out what I didn't like and she proceeded to yell at me and tell me I was wrong and she was trying to make them beautiful and I told her I didn't care for it again he yells it's her shop and she knows what she is doing and I don't...so I get up and was like no I'm not doing this and I've been getting my nails done since I was about 14 and never have I walked away so she tells me I have to pay and I said that was fine how much she said you pay half $25 I said uhh no cause if you look at the price list nowhere did it say $50 refill so if I'm paying half how do I owe you $25 so I told her I would give her $10 she wasn't having it and I told her I will have a cop come out but still not paying more than $10...so I go outside and call non emergency number and about 6 mins after I get off the phone with dispatch I'm on the phone with the boyfriend and the guy come out to smoke and tells me to call 911 I don't say anything so when the cop gets there I show him pictures of the prices and he don't get how $25 is half either then the cop asked how much does she owe you and the guy said $30 cause I called the cops and the officer said so there is now a cop fee so the cop asked who owns the shop and the guy said him then the lady said her just one big fat mess so I proceed to go outside and wait for the officer and I asked what's the deal and he tells me they want me to leave and never come back and he didn't see me doing that so it won't be a problem and I said nope and if he had a wife or girlfriend don't ever send her there to get nails done...I don't normally complain I just go home and fix them if I don't like the work but this was just horrible...the very first thing I had an issue with was not having acrilic on the tip of my nails and that's not a hard fix so it shouldn't have turned into all this and this place needs to be shut down...in the end I didn't pay them any money and I went somewhere else and had them done right..and if I could give no stars I would worst experience ever

Horrible! The nail tech lady wouldn't let me choose acrylic and instead chose for me. She was angry that I kept wanting to choose acrylic over powder all because my nails were short and it could harm them. I came in there with my mindset on choosing acrylic and moreover, they let people cut in front of you. Terrible service! Why get mad when the client should be allowed to chose what they want whether their nails arent made for it.

I LOVE Kevin! He’s always nice to customers. His wife is the one with bad service as well as a bad attitude. She rushes through her work and gets upset if she feels like you’re asking for too much. Her pedicures are extremely painful!! She digs too deep and makes you bleed. If I’m paying for a service I expect it so be done properly. I’ve never had an issue with Kevin and he’ll go the extra mile to please his customers, but the lady makes you not want to come back, she also told me that they no longer did hot wax and river stones. Which I know is a lie.! Would not recommend unless you’re only seeing Kevin. BRING BACK HEATHER!

I love Kevin and Mai! Always great service and great nails! It’s just the two of them so expect to wait or make an appointment. It’s worth waiting for! I have been using them for at least five years and would not consider going anywhere else.

Did not like the service today had to wait whole hour then I ask him to clean the chair he moved me to another chair and started to work on another lady's nails after I had been there an hour. Then another lady came and they waited on her . So I left out got a phone call took my call outside. I brought them a customer and still didn't get my nails done.

I LOVE Kevin! I tried to pick out a color for ombré nails and it just didn’t look right so I let him pick the color and they look AMAZING! I’m obsessed &’ will definitely be going back. Ohh and he always gets the coffin shape perfect!
