Mother's day weekend, I bring my 6 yr old daughter to get pedis, and a mani for her. The woman says yes, they can take us. We sit to wait. Another two women come in, no appointments, demanding they have no time to wait. They sit my daughter and I for pedis and start mine. Instead of the next available person starting my daughter, who also was getting a mani, they take pushy woman. My daughter sits, her water gets cold, they take other walk ins. I tell them to not even polish my nails , please just do my daughters toes. I go to pay, relay this whole experience of cold water, my daughter who is a paying customer being over looked due to age, not even getting my nails done and skipping a mani as they are not getting business from us any more, and the woman didn't care at all. we tip and leave. My daughter shows me they cut her toes while giving the pedi! Are there negative stars to give for this place?

Right away I felt welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere was clean and decorated nicely. The owner was super friendly and did a great job with dip on my natural nails. Pedicure was great too. I highly recommend this place for a great job and excellent customer service

You need a pedicure or manicure? This place is tops. I only go on there once a month to have my toenails trimmed ( flexibility issues ) and I get great service.

I use to come here a lot growing up and never once complained about a pedicure each time I've came here. I only get pedicures for numerous reasons. However, the past couple of times I have come here for a pedicure, was very disappointing. I would not recommend the woman/wife to do the pedicures, but the guy in the Hawaiian top who is very nice and social, because he is way better at it. This place is not bad. It is very clean, quiet, reasonable prices, etc. I like it here a lot. I just hate the fact that my feet are not getting the pedicure they deserve. I've come here twice since 2021. Once in January and once in late April. When I went in January, I had the woman do my feet. She barely grazed my feet with the callus remover, made my toes crooked, and did not use much pressure when massaging my feet. She also used a USED nail filer to file my feet the first time this year. I did not want to say anything to make a scene, just prayed I wouldn't catch anything. My toes not even a day later chipped. I was upset. I came back again in late April, because I was closer to them, and other place I liked going to was booked for the day. My toes were chipped from my 3 days of walking from Walt Disney World, and my calluses were disgusting. The man greeted me at the door, said to pick a color, guided me to my seat, said "I'll be right back." And then he pointed at me to his wife/female co-worker who did my toes in January. I sighed, knowing I'd be disappointed again. This time, she barely glided the callus grater on my feet, but this time, she only did it for maybe 10 seconds a foot, with little to no pressure. Then, she pulled out a magazine to wipe the callus dirt residue off, and she slammed it on the ground next to my seat, and it got EVERYWHERE. My pedicure nail polish came off 2 days later. To conclude this, I recommend this place IF THE MAN was in charge of your pedicure. He does not use used tools like the woman/wife does. If you want to waste $25 on someone who will not live up to the value, go for the woman.

My pedicure is fine but manicure literally starting to peel. It's day two and my nails look absolutely awful. They were rushing like someone was waiting after me but there was no one else in the salon. I hate writing a bad review but don't waste your money here ladies

The owner of the shop was rude not welcoming I was there to get one nail replaced and I wasn't sure of the color and he told me to figure it out myself instead of helping me he had a bad attitude while fixing my nail he snipped my skin and made me bleed he was alert of the situation and continued to fix my nail with blood on tools and he also made my nail look totally different from the rest of my nine nails. I do not recommend anybody to go here bad customer service will not be returning no time soon really ever again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I am new to the area and looked up reviews online to find a nail shop. I called the day before to make an "appointment" so that I wasn't just a walk-in. From the minute I walked in and knew something was off because they seemed surprised I was there even though I had called and explained on the phone what I was coming in for. I explained to the guy what I needed done and he assured me he could do it. I sat down and he almost cut my natural nails with my SNS still on them - which no one has ever done because it is not good for your nails. I calmly explained to him that they were my natural nails and not tips - I didn't want my nails cut, I just wanted them filed because they had grown since my last appointment. Throughout the appointment, he kept assuring me that my nails would be beautiful and I am all for trusting the process. Towards the end of the appointment, I knew this appointment was the biggest mistake. I came in with beautiful almond shaped natural nails and left with my nails being a weird rounded shape, all different lengths, and the worst nail design I have ever seen. I wanted some small flowers and these look like abstract fireworks a 5 year old drew. It took everything within me not to cry at his table and I still payed $50. It took the guy two hours to ruin my nails. The moment I got to my car I cried I will NEVER go back to pro nails. I have already made an appointment at another salon in town and they have assured me that they will take care of me. I am hoping that by writing this review I can save someone else the time and money I wasted. I wouldn't have gone here in the first place if the reviews online hadn't been positive. The first picture is the design I showed him and the other pictures are what I received.

i got a full set and they were awful they didn’t ask what shape i wanted and when i asked for them shorter i was given a lot of attitude. the acrylic was EXTREMELY uneven and thick. while filing the guy filed my cuticle and made me bleed. on top of that he put five layers of gel nail polish on that was also really thick and uneven. do not recommend!!!!

Becky gets my nails right. I used to go to another nail salon that would rip my nails off when I got a new set. She takes care of my nails and takes the time to get them right. My nails always look beautiful. I would highly recommend Becky and this salon. I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Jenny was amazing. She gave me a pedi, mani, a 30 minute massage and did reflexology on my feet. I felt great when I left. Its been 3 weeks and my nails still look like they were just done. Best foot massage I have had in years. Too bad I was only down in Gainesville for vacation.

Price a bit high, one large room with poor ventilation. 1 gel treatment and 1 non-gel. The latter washed off in less than a week.

This place is my regular. I travel quite a bit but I will WAIT to get my nails done here. Too many other shops, in bigger cities even, who think they know SNS dips have ruined my thin little nails. But here at this shop, they know what they’re doing AND they stand behind it. Had an issue with nails chipping a few days after my SNS, the owner did the entire process over again to make it right. They are affordable and quick. I will not go anywhere else (except their other shop. ; )
