Bea is GREAT. I always get acrylic fill with a gel coat. Once in a while I let her do her creative thing and I always love what she does. Very personable, professional, and fast which works well for me and my schedule. Thank you 🤘🏼

I did not have an appointment but they were able to fit me in an hour later. When I came back the lady doing my nails was fast, like to the point it didn’t seem safe. She did minimal nail prep, just wiped with acetone, didn’t file or push my cuticles back or even clean under my nails. I tried to strike up conversation, but she was not into it and just gave me one word answers. I got acrylics and a simple solid color gel and it cost $60. It took less than 20 minutes and 4 days later they looked grown out and wonky. They did stay on and were sturdy, but did not look the best and when I took them off 3 weeks later, my natural nails were recked underneath.

I have been going to profiles for years and I love my nails. Everyone knows me by my nails and if you show them what you want you can get exactly that

I’ve been going to Sabrina for almost five years and have never been disappointed. My nails can get “ring of fire” pretty easy (from other techs) but never once an issue with her. She listens to what I️ like and don’t like them creates a look I’m always happy with! 💖💖

Sabrina is the absolute best. I have followed her for years now & would truly have a difficult time going to anyone else. She is fast, efficient and super talented. The owner Carole is awesome as well.

This place is by far the best salon in Estero! I have been going here since I was 16 years old, so roughly 7 years now & this salon has it all! I use to drive 45 minutes to get my nails done, but now that I live 10 minutes away I chose to get all my necessities done here! Leyla is the best when it comes to getting my hair done, she knows what I like everytime & it comes out beautifully! She it precise & professional!! I also go to Leyla for my eyelashe extensions. By far the best & cheapest in the Estero area. Shout out to Bea & Sabrina for being my go to nail tech! Check out the designs Sabrina can do, they are pretty neat. Overall, I would highly recommend!! The staff is friendly and organized.😊

My experience at this Profiles was not a positive one. I made appointments for myself, my mom, and my sister. It was my plan to get acrylics, however my mom and sister just wanted regular nail polish. When my mom and sister told this to their nail techs, they got really mean and insulting. One of them said “we only keep this in stock for 8 year olds getting their nails done.” They we’re very condescending and I was embarrassed that I had booked appointments for my family at this location. On top of that, they had no nail polish selection, maybe 30 colors tops. When I was getting my acrylics done, the nail tech next to me was talking with her client and dropping f-bombs and cussing up a storm very loudly. The acrylics I ended up getting were done way too thick, when I had to get them taken off not much longer it absolutely destroyed my natural nail. Not every Profiles is owned by the same people, but this one in particular I will NEVER return to.

Carol and her team of AMAZING and skilled ladies is by far one of my favorite things to do on a Saturday. Sabrina has been my nail artist for a while now. I can’t say enough good things about her. Always feel important and cared for by the whole place. Love them!

I have went to another profiles for a few months and I was not happy. I decided to come back to this one KAT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! SHE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED.I HAVE NOT BEEN THIS HAPPY IN A VERY LONG TIME. I'M VERY HAPPY TODAY! THANK YOU KAT WHAT AN AMAZING JOB! It was definitely worth the drive! I love this place and won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. I normally always have Sabrina do my nails and she never disappoints. The people that work here are very friendly and good at what they do.

I love this salon! Everyone is so nice and make you feel comfortable. They can do any nail design you as for. The best part is that you won’t be sitting there for hours!! My nail tech is Sabrina and she is amazing!

Long time Customer of Profiles of 2 years. All the girls are very talented, I've never left the salon not in love with their work. They are all clean and sanitary and I've never had any issues. If you are looking for a nail salon definitely come see these girls, you won't regret it ❤

Pro files is the absolute best place to get acrylics done! All of the girls have an incredible talent for doing the best designs but Bea is my favorite! I constantly get complimented on my nails! When I show up for my appointment they always take me on time and everyone is so nice! Would highly recommend!

So I had something come up today where I couldn’t be able to make it to my appointment. I called and asked if I could reschedule my appointment and the women who answered was so rude about it and just me cut off instead of letting me talk, very unprofessional I can see what the reviews are talking about now ladies if you want great service go to vivid nails been going their for years and so have my friends cause they love that place wanted to try pro files for the first time because I have a gift card but forget it after what I just experienced.

Terrible experience. Booked 3 mani pedis (confirmed several times that it was manicure and pedicure) and got there to be told it was just manicures. Was charged 200 dollars. Two of the nail techs were great (was not their fault) but the owner was extremely rude about the whole situation. Was suppose to be a fun girls day and we couldn’t even get actual pedicures and sit next to each other. They told my mom they “don’t do cuticles” so now her nails look like they’ve been grown out for two weeks.

sabrina is the best!!! i have been getting my nails done here with her for about 6 months now and i have never had nails late me this long. usual acrylic only lasts about two weeks on my nails but since i’ve been seeing sabrina my nails last 4-5 weeks before i need a refill. it’s a little bit on the pricy side but it’s really not that bad and considering how long they last it is wayyyy worth it. i’m loyal to my nail tech!!

Highly disappointed. Nails didn't even last the night. I was skeptical as the nail tech painted my toes since the polish was a little runny but figured she knew what she was doing. After my toes were painted I stayed for about 10 minutes letting them air dry. (Other places I've been to have you sit under a dryer but not here) Went straight home and lived life and my toes were fine. BUT I wake up the next morning to find my toes a mess! The polish is soft like putty as if it's only partially dry. Remember this is the NEXT MORNING. The only conclusion I can come up with is that the polish was bad. Techs and company should be checking to make sure their polish is good before using it on customers. Called for a refund and they don't do those only willing to repaint my nails. Not thrilled. Wasted 35 dollars on these.
