I needed a style to control my dry humid weather crazy hair and was so please with a soft beach curl result. I was in and out less than 30 minutes since I washed and dried my hair just before visiting . Thank you so much for getting my hair under control in a style that held well. I highly recommend and appreciate the care.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my recent experience at Primp & Blow! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by the entire team. Alexah, my stylist, was absolutely amazing. She has such an incredible talent and made me feel like a million bucks. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My hair looked flawless, and I left feeling so confident! The manager, Betsy, is just as fabulous. She radiates kindness and professionalism, making sure every guest feels valued and taken care of. You can tell she runs an exceptional team. The atmosphere at Primp & Blow is so warm and inviting. It’s truly a little slice of luxury. This is my first blowout, Priscilla did such a good job I literally went home and bought my own round brush to see if I could try to do it, I will be leaving it to the professionals…..Very impressed.🥰 got a lot of compliments and will be back

Clean, kind, and excellent service! The app is easy to use and I got a discount for downloading it too. I worked with Betsy (experienced, professional, confident in her trade and so sweet), and she knew how to work with my curly hair to give me a blow out that is full, yet smooth and oh so fab!! I will defiantly be coming back and I would recommended this spot to my friends too! I just wish there was one by the lakeshore, however, if you're in the area and need their services. Thank you!!

I’m very happy with my extensions. Talia has been great to work with and actually listens to my questions about my hair care. She pays close attention to detail and strives for perfection. I have very thin crazy hair, she’s patiently worked with me on length, styling and blending. My Mom could not tell I had extensions, she thought it was my own hair. I am completely satisfied with her knowledge of hair extensions and style. She’s the best in the business in GR and well worth the money.

Their blowout services looked good while I was there but I went in for a partial updo and ended up with, essentially, a half ponytail tail and was charged extra to have it curled I had a separate appointment for full face makeup which was pretty but very understated as the eye colors were pretty subtle and there was no contouring or application to my eyebrows. I felt I could have done the same for myself at home, which was disappointing. Both appointments started 15-20 minutes after scheduled. The staff was really nice and the space was clean and light. I'd consider going for a blowout but would not go back for a special occasion

I had a fantastic experience! I absolutely loved my completed look. Salon was very clean and staff were extremely friendly. I would absolutely recommend this salon! I had a blowout and curling done for a wedding I was attending.

Nikki the manager was absolutely amazing!! My new hair extensions look and feel professionally installed as they should. The atmosphere was fantastic. I would recommend giving this place a chance.

I wish I could give this place a higher review, truly. My hair looked great after the blowout I received on Saturday, but the service at Primp and Blow was really disappointing. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone (it was not busy; heads turned but no "hello" or smile or anything). I walked over to the receptionist and introduced myself. She told me to have a seat and Priscilla will be with me soon. Priscilla eventually looked my way and said "You can sit over here." No hello, no introduction, no "Are you Jillian?" There was no friendly conversation, no how are you, how's your day, etc. The only time anybody talked was when one of the girls complained loudly about a guy (a boyfriend or something, I’m not sure), he walked in, and Priscilla said she wishes she threw her brush at him. 🤦🏻‍♀️ My hair looked nice. I paid and left. I won't be back and definitely won’t recommend this place due to the customer service. Isn't it common courtesy to make people feel welcomed and comfortable? This experience was the opposite. Yikes.

About a month ago I schedule a blowout and Nikki did an amazing job! My hair is normally curly so it can be a challenge to find a stylist that is skilled and can finish at a reasonable time. She took care of me within the allotted time frame. My makeup was also really good it - was done by another individual & she respected my minimal makeup request! :) I did book a second hair visit since then and have booked here for wedding services! Excited for Nikki to take care of me on my wedding day!

Made an appointment for hair and make up before a wedding. The salon experience is supposed to be a luxury that takes away the stress of getting ready for an important event. They started 20 minutes late because they couldn’t figure out how to turn the computer on.. I should’ve just walked out then and tried to find somewhere else. Customers in the store ended up walking out while they struggled to even do the basic aspects of running business. My stylist admitted to only worked here for a month. It definitely showed. Had to rush through my services and didn’t have time to give me the full experience of what I was looking for. Could’ve had better hair and make up done by the local high school softball team. I’m so embarrassed with the outcome, I think I’m gonna wash it out and redo it myself. I’m so upset I paid for this and relied on this place to help me look and feel good before my special event. Update: Not even three hours later, my hair is completely flat and my make up looks chalky like a middle school girl. I can’t believe I paid $140 for this look.

This has got to be the worst primp and blow ive ever been to in my entire life i called the women and told her I was gonna be late she said that was fine but when i told her I was pulling in she said she couldnt do it and charged me anyway worst experience of my life and anyone that gose there I’ll pray for them
