I'm so happy I found Krystal. Started coming to her for trims. She's allowed me to stick around! Now she does cut and color. I've never left unhappy after she's taken care of my hair. She makes sure I'm as comfortable as can be under that heat ball I typically dread, offering a beverage and ottoman. You can tell an expert from an amateur not only by the cut and color skills but by the shampoo. I love her humor and conversation. She's not a bore!! She's funny and the whole experience is enjoyable. The salon is also very pleasing. It's clean, stylish, and ever-changing, so it's like a new salon all the time! Worth every cent! I highly recommend Krystal...and shout out to Carolynn!

Everyone there was super friendly beautiful place and relaxing. Unfortunately I did not like how my hair came out the sad part about it my hairstylist noticed on my face expression and didn’t care to try to fix it :( . My hair was brown not black and yet it was a faded brown and yet the balayage still doesn’t look right with a nasty tone to my blonde. The hairstylist did what she wanted not what I wanted. I never write bad reviews because I know everyone has to bills to pay and is providing there services and time but truth is I was so unhappy. Last time going there.

My stylist, Krystal, is amazing! She takes the time to listen to what I want to do with my hair and always makes me laugh! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great color and cut!

Super disappointed; I did my hair (balayage) here about two years ago, it was fine, but the stylist left. I booked another hair stylist this time, I showed a couple of pics to her, and the results came out completely different; the color is not even close to the pic. It looks like a disaster with mixing colors, I spent about $280 on this and have to find another place to fix it.

Little shout-out to Elizabeth - this is the literal second time I've EVER gotten a haircut where I loved not only the cut, but also the style walking out! Took a chance with a stylist I hadn't seen before and she knocked it out of the park! She was fantastic in being meticulous with the cut, precise with her questions, actually listening to what I wanted from my look, while also moving efficiently and giving me wonderful advice on how to care for my hair and this cut. Also, just for perspective, the last time I cut my hair must've been like 2 years ago - I was due for a cut back when the pandemic hit. I'm also growing out my undercut, and she worked her hair magic and hooked me up with this lovely cut - couldn't be happier!

Had a bad experience. Got my hair done by Bri, got a partial highlights, she sat me under the dryer for 40 min, she came back to check my hair, and said I'm leaving it on for another 15 minutes. She came back to check my hair, and said I'll leave it on for another 10 minutes. Okay now I'm getting nervous, The owner Allison came over to check my hair. She told Bri to take off the bleach and redo my hair because my roots were orange, and to give me a free conditionong treatment. So she bleached my hair twice in one visit. That took 5 1/2 hours. I noticed more breakage, I told Bri, she denied it. I would never get my hair done by Bri again. Not only did she ruin my day, and messed up my hair. She charged me an extra $15 because she had to redo my hair, because she didn't make the bleach strong enough the first time, It is a good place to get your hair done. the owner takes pride in her business. I recommend Allison, or Brittany.

She goes out her way to make sure my hair is healthy and makes so I do not leave the salon with brassy hair since I have super dark almost black hair.She's amazing and a sweetheart, always looking forward to see her every root touch up

Amber is The sweetest person I'm never disappointed when she does my hair. She's down-to-earth and doesn't BS you. Depending on the work that you Want done on your hair she'll tell you the truth if your hair can take it or not. I've been to too many salons where they just take your money and F up your hair. This place is amazing and the staff are very nice as well I recommend this Salon ladies 😊

This will be my first and last time at this salon. I went here on 12/11/18 for a balayage on my dark brown/black hair. A little about my hair: I had my hair darkened blue-black with henna 1 year ago. And obviously, it's been faded away long ago since then, and now my hair is back to it's natural color. Plus I've been maintaining a short bob haircut until recently when I decided to grow it out, so I've been trimming off the hair that's been affected by henna. I was styled by Krystal, who is a really friendly person but I think lacks skill and knowledge. It felt like she didn't put effort or care into my hair, and it definitely showed at the end result. My hair turned out ALMOST UNCHANGED from my original hair color, which I paid $170 for! I feel like she styled my hair in waves that day to cover up what a mediocre job she did. Even my friends thought I haven't gone to the hair salon yet after my visit! I would expect a professional stylist to have the skills and knowledge to be able to treat all kinds of hair thrown their way, such as dark hair, henna, boxed dye, etc. I called the salon on 12/18/18 inquiring about my hair, and I spoke to Allison, the owner. She told me that with henna, results aren't guaranteed, and made all sorts of excuses about henna. She kept interrupting me, and wouldn't let me speak on the phone. If she would have let me spoken, I could have told her that I used henna to darken my hair to a blue-black color, not lighten it. The blue-black color is pretty much nonexistent on my hair now. She also told me that if I wanted it to be fixed, her salon will charge me another $170 for it. My friends heard my phone call with Allison (my phone wasn't on speaker too), and could hear her interrupting and raising her voice at me, while I stayed calm. Allison told me I was welcome to come the the salon again so she could take a look at my hair, but I was too uncomfortable with the way she talked to me on the phone, and I didn't want to bring my business back to people who didn't know what they were doing. I was referred to another salon 40 mins away by my longtime friend who has been going there for years, and the stylist there was able to make my balayage idea happen! She put a lot of care into my hair, and worked hard for 4 hours but charged my the same price. Krystal only spent 2 hours on my hair and it definitely showed, because after a month since my visit here, my hair color looked patchy (see pic). I made the mistake of paying $170 in cash that day. I should have paid with credit card so I can dispute the charges and get a refund, saying that I wasn't given the service I had requested.
