Beautiful salon and excellent service. Like always Cynthia did a FANTASTIC job on my hair. I never regret coming here. Due to some life changes I ended up going to another salon only to come back to Cynthia to fix my hair. She did an excellent job on my color correction. Ladies please, if you hear that another salon is offering you “better” prices to get your color treatment done, Don’t do it! Save your hair, your money and the hassle and just come to Priel. They are truly hair experts. I always leave happy whenever Cynthia does my hair and get so many compliments on the color and hair health. I cannot recommend Priel Salon enough. Oh and did I mention how beautiful the salon is? Such a relaxing experience as well. THANK YOU Priel and Cynthia for helping me feel good about my hair again.

Let me share with you how I discovered this place. It felt like the universe was guiding me to Priel Salon, and specifically to my new hairstylist, Daily, whom I'm proud to call mine. Daily is not only patient, nurturing, and skilled with hair but also provides exceptional customer service and confidence in what she does. I had a hair problem the night before going horseback riding, and I needed to re-bleach my platinum hair to a level 9 and make corrections. They found time for me, even serviced me earlier, and took all the necessary steps to keep my hair strong and healthy. I left the salon entirely happy with the results and feeling like they had turned my frown upside down. Not only did I avoid looking silly while riding a horse, but I also felt great for Father's Day spending time with my daughter, who loved my hair. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and knowledgeable hairstylist. Daily is a pillar and has an incredible personality that makes you feel taken care of and heard. The entire staff at Priel Salon are experts and great at what they do. I'm glad to have finally found a salon that makes me feel at home and cared for.

Absolutely delighted with my entire experience and hair. Gorgeous setting, friendly stylists, beautiful work. I had a lot of color work done and the results from the balayage were lovely. I also got a Brazilian blowout- 100% RECOMMEND. Humidity? What humidity? Daily was my stylist and she took such care with the color placement and timing. I can be so picky about things and all of the women there were so gracious and accommodating. They also made sure I left with correct products to care for my hair, without making me feel like I was being upsold. Thank you ladies! :) See you in October!

Excellent experience. The salon is elegant but not pompous. I'm new to Tampa and very particular about my hair. Daily, my stylist was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I wanted. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been a client at Priel Salon for many years and followed them from their previous location in Citrus Park to South Tampa. I’ve only ever had a wonderful experience with them, they truly care about their craft. Every single person I’ve encountered at Priel is professional and knowledgeable, as well. My daughter and I had the WORST experience at this salon that we have ever had. I would strongly suggest that you do NOT go to this salon. The hairdresser was VERY inexperienced even thou I called on the phone to make sure they could do what we were asking for. The owner was so rude and disrespectful. PLEASE do NOT go to this HORRIBLE salon - they do NOT know what they are doing and are VERY RUDE on top of that!!!! They DON'T even DESERVE ONE star but apparently that's the only way I can do this review. Also they charged us for services that were not even completed!!!!!!!!!! THINK TWICE!!!! Horrible Horrible experience ....the worst we have ever had!

Rachel is a phenomenal stylist and colorist! She is personable, professional and very creative, I really can’t say enough great things about her. Priel salon is absolutely stunning with a black and predominantly white decor, pristinely clean and sanitized. The staff are welcoming and friendly and everything flows in a timely fashion.

Went to his salon multiple times last year and had all good experiences. Rebooked for a simple root touch up with a different stylist since the girl I usually book with was booked. The woman who did my hair completed botched it and I have been suffering with breakage and hair loss ever since. Whatever she did to my roots was wrong and left it looking bronze against my blonde color. She continued to go back in with toner and washed my hair in between about 3 times before realizing that it was literally breaking off from the roots. When I shampooed my hair for the first time after, clumps of hair were falling out of my already thin hair. I spoke with the owner and she had me come in and did treatments at no cost which I do appreciate but it has been 2 months since and my hair is still suffering from the extreme breakage due to this appointment. I was also never refunded for the service. Have now paid $1200 to get extensions put in at a different salon specifically due to this bad experience at Priel. If you're going to book here I recommend making sure your stylist knows what they're doing before allowing them to work on your hair.

salon is terrible Erik is unprofessional and charged me $92 for canceling my appointments due to me getting covid even though I gave 24/hr notice. The stylists have no idea how to do blonde hair it took 5 hours for basic highlights and my hair came out damaged they are terrible and unprofessional!! Will never be back! I hope $92 was worth loosing a good client!

Allison did such a fantastic job with my hair! My hair was so damaged and i was panicking really bad. Allison was able to restore my hair and bring it back to life!!! I really feel like a brand new person. Forever grateful! Also AMAZING customer service and salon! 10/10 recommend!

Please avoid this salon! My daughter, who is a student at UT, went here to have her roots done. The stylist had no idea what she was doing. She had to call the owner for help through the process. My daughter’s hair was destroyed and broken off after the two damaging colors they applied. I called and spoke to the owner who had my daughter come back in for a “treatment” and some sample shampoo. There was no senior stylist there to help. This experience has been a continuing issue as my daughters breakage continues. We have found a reputable salon at home in PA who will help.Priel offered no refund of any kind. Please stay away from this salon if you are looking for professional service and people who aren’t just trying to make money when the service is too damaging for fragile hair. Reputation is everything.

Priel is the most beautiful salon I have ever been to. The best part was the shampoo/scalp massage by Carmen. My hair color and cut look AMAZING. I will definitely return.
