Christeena was awesome! Honest about what to expect from the very beginning also explaining during the process. It was a comfortable and relaxing setting. I lost 5.5 inches instantly by the end of my session!!! Highly recommend and I will be returning.

** EDIT ** Made an appointment with her in the beginning of April for today at 2pm. Get a text message this morning asking if I can a be there at 1:30 instead because she has to be somewhere at 2:30... I didn’t make this appointment last minute, she has known she had an appointment at 2 today. The response I got when I said I work until 1:30 and cannot be there right then was “oh boy” and nothing since. So now I’m stuck with brows that are semi fuller than they were (barely any of the hair strokes from the microblading stuck, it did however stimulate some hair growth so I guess that’s a plus) and no solution from her. ** end of edit ** Hands down best experience with microblading! She takes the time to ask what exactly you’re looking for as an end result, and also takes the time to fully explain step by step what she’s doing. She makes sure before she moves on any further that you are happy with how they’re turning out. Super relaxing environment too! 100% would recommend her to friends and family!

Christeena microbladed my eyebrows about 4 month's ago. I also went back for the second session. The original time it came out uneven and she said not to worry about it that it will even out the next session. I went for my second session and still was uneven. 3 month's later I had still uneven eyebrows, a few microbladed strokes here and there and it actually made my eyebrows worse. I let her know of the situation every time and she didn't rectify it. I had to get them fixed because what microblading that did stay, made the unevenness worse! I asked for a refund and she won't give me my money back. I spent a lot of money on her, plus have her $50 in cash tips because she was promising that it will be fixed... I felt pressured to pay a good tip so she would make sure she would fix it.....I would not recommend this place to anyone! She had carpet down in the microblading room,(which is not legal with the health department) and never showed me a brand new blade for both sessions. I never knew to ask, I trusted her. All the razors she used, she never showed if they were new either. I trusted her smile, and personality. Shame on me to trust. Shame on her to do this to anyone!

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Combine that with the engaging and calming personality of Christeena and you know that you are in for a real treat. She is the kind of person who feels like the friend you’ve known since you were 5, yet you just met her! I came to Christeena because I had gotten a bad Microblading job in Rochester. I was not numbed properly, so it was very painful 😣 Not with Christeena, she numbs you with two different kinds of Lidocaine so you are nice and numb! Let me tell you, the difference is like night and day, I could hardly feel any pain this time! It also helps that Christeena is gentle and truly cares about her clients. She does whatever she can to make sure they are comfortable no matter what service they come in for and does what she can to ensure they stay that way. When you go in for Microblading, she measures and then measures again to make sure everything is symmetrical for your face. Then she makes sure you are happy with the way everything looks, the shape, the size, the arch, and the color. Even if you are super picky about your brows, like me 😉 she is VERY patient! Christeena wants you to be satisfied and does whatever it takes to make sure you leave happy! I am super happy with my brows now, and after a touch up they will be the brows I have been dreaming of for years now! Unfortunately I have Thyroid issues and super blonde brows so you couldn’t see my brows unless I drew them on. But I was tired of drawing them on only for them to disappear as the day went on. I’m so glad that I found Christeena, I only wish I had gone to her the first time!! So if you are thinking of getting your brows done, you need to call Christeena NOW ~ go call her 🤳🏼 I promise you won’t be disappointed!! And if you want ultra luscious lashes?? She also does lash extensions! It’s a one stop beauty shop! So what’s stopping you??!! Seriously, this girl is for beauty like Picasso was for art!!

I’ve had my eye brows microbladed and lashes done by Christeena sulcer and she does amazing work! Not only does she do a great job she’s a very sweet girl! I would recommend anyone to go see her if your wanting to look fabulous!

Love the results of my brows, thanks to christeena she is thorough, detailed and makes the appropriate suggestions that best fit your face shape and facial features. She is professional yet approachable and makes sure her clients are comfortable during the session (about two hours). Christeena was also very accommodating with scheduling both my initial consultation and application along with the touch up. The salon is located on bridge st and easy to find with plenty of parking. Their space is clean, modern and stylish. I highly recommend christeena for microblading!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Christina Sulcer had me reschedule twice and when I showed up for my appointment the salon was dark and the door was locked. Christina then gave the excuse that the schedule said I was booked for next Saturday when it was her who asked if this Saturday at 5 worked. I also received not one but TWO texts confirming my appointment for this week. Christina then did nothing to fix her mistake, or reschedule me. Don’t waste your time here. The staff is unprofesional and would rather spend the day partying for st Patrick’s than working and showing up for appointments. I wish I was able to post screenshots of the way I was texted to prove just how ridiculous this expirience was.

She does amazing work! The price is unbeatable, especially for the work that is done. I got my eyebrows micro bladed and she completely changed them for the better! I’m so happy and I would of never went to anyone else!

Christina runs such a beautiful,clean,professional,relaxing atmosphere at pretty girl lasez & browz! I am for sure hooked on my lashez! She does an amazing job in a fashionable price and time. I support women who work hard,and this woman does exactly that! Not to mention such a sweet person!! 5 🌟!

Christina Allen is the most professional lash artist. She really explains every step to you on maintenance of your lashes and how to clean them . Gives her clients her undivided attention and always answers any queations you have, not only while you are there but also through texting if you have questions later on. I have been going to Pretty Girl Lashz for my amazing lashes for a year and a half and don't see myself ever stopping! It has been life changing. My natural lashes are much fuller and thicker than they were before lash extentions. It is such an easy and painless process if you go to a true professional like Pretty Girl Lashez! Don't let the knock off nail salon lashes mess you up (although she can fix anyone who has made the unfortunate decision to start getting their lashes done elsewhere ).

I have never had fake lashes before and I decided to take the plunge. I am so glad that I did. I don't think I will ever stop getting them done. I am totally obsessed with my lashes. You can't even tell they are on, they look absolutely gorgeous and stunning!! Christina is so amazing & the go to girl!! She answered all of my questions, gave me a run down of everything that would happen, the aftercare, everything. I never knew getting lash extensions would make me feel so pretty! Amazing atmosphere as well, she makes you feel right at home!!

I've always been so self conscious of my super blonde eyelashes and NEVER went anywhere without wearing mascara. They were seriously my biggest insecurity! I stumbled upon Christina's Pretty Girl Lashez page and literally found the answer to my problems. EYELASH EXTENTIONS. Say what?? I booked an appointment and anxiously waited in the waiting room for my consultation. I had so many questions, worries, doubts, and just was all around skeptical.. not sure what to expect. But Christina helped me pick out my set and took all of my doubts away! She is great. I've had my lashes for over 3 months now and can't ever picture myself without them. Sure they make me look beautiful on the outside, but the confidence I feel from the inside is unexplainable :) you can swim, sweat, shower, and do just about anything without any worry and you literally wake up ready to go for the day. I barely wear any makeup at all anymore! If you're on the edge about giving extentions a try, take the leap! You won't be disappointed <3
