Chelsea is by far the BEST! I have been going to her for about a year and have been more than satisfied each time she’s colored my hair! My hair was pretty damaged before I went to her- and she was able to bring my hair back to life while still maintaining my bright color that I like. She makes you so comfortable and is so easy to talk to. The best part, she’s so affordable!!! I am so thankful for such an amazing stylist. Everyone should go see Chelsea!

I go see Chelsea to get my hair done. She does amazing every single time. I’ve never had any complaints when she’s done my hair. I always get compliments on my hair and always recommend going to see Chelsea. She is so good at coloring hair. I’ve sent multiple people to her and they all have loved how she does their hair. 100% recommend Chelsea for any of your coloring needs. She is the absolute best!!!!

I'm posting this for my sister and niece. They were in your salon about two weeks ago they both had their hair colored, my sister had to have her hair colored twice, it still came out very dry and orange and my nieces was yellow. Chelsea wants to charge high end prices but she does not know what's she's doing when it comes to coloring. I just wanted to inform patrons that they might want to look elsewhere for their coloring needs.

Chelsea is the blonde specialist in Cleveland! My hair stays healthy and I can go two months between appointments! She’s always open to trying new formulas! 10/10 service!

I had the best haircut of my life yesterday by Melissa m. She did my daughter's first haircut and she was so great with her. She had her smiling the whole time. With my haircut all I had to do was show her a pic and she got it perfect. Conversation was also very easy and genuine. As of right now she is new to the store but does have a lot of experience. If your looking for a new stylist she has plenty of roomFor new clients. Call and check her out. She is amazing.

This was my first time going to prestige salon and I had read really good reviews. However, I’m hoping this ones helps more than the ones I read. I asked her to color match my highlights (light brown) with my natural color (dark brown), and she dyed my hair black!!! Not even close to my natural hair color! It was absolutely awful. This is by far my worst experience with a hair salon!
