I enjoy my experience every single time at Premier Laser & Aesthetics. The quality of work and consistency the staff provides is absolutely amazing. I have had 2 procedures done here for my varicose veins. One involving closing of a large vein and the other involving removal of a large bulging vein. The level of expertise, experience, professionalism, and customer service is the highest and I absolutely recommend Premier Laser and Aesthetics. I luckily only live an hour from this location but I would be willing to fly from anywhere in the country to know how well I would be taken care of here!

I know they say we need to grow old gracefully but, let’s be honest we all need a touch up from time to time. The only one I trust in the RGV is Premier Lazer. Sara is extremely kind, knowledgeable and gives great advice. Her staff will make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Never trust places that offer cheap prices on Botox ( could be expired) or places that don’t take the time to listen to your needs. Sara believes in improvements but not going over board. I look forward to my next visit 💕

I had my 1st spa day ever at Premier Laser & Aesthetics in Harlingen Tx. and it was so relaxing. I've been missing out for 36 years 😪 I stared off with a Swedish massage and then a CBD oil massage. The masseuse was very friendly, very professional and knew what she was doing. She massaged me from the top of the head, to the tips of my fingers and all the way to the tips of my toes 🥰 The room set up and atmosphere was very soothing and relaxing. After that I was given a fresh bathrobe and new slip on slippers and was taken to a room where they offer the facials / Microdermabrasion. The technician was very friendly, very professional and informative 👏 She has many years of experience and it showed. So did the masseuse. The facial was very relaxing and the Microdermabrasion was very smooth. After that i was taken to another room down stairs where there do the skin tag removal. The technician was very friendly, very professional and had many years of experience. Now this is where it got intense. They remove the skin tags my burning them off with a high powered medical grade laser. The technician does add ice on the area to help numb the area. It does help but it still hurts. After 2 skin tags removed i tapped out 😆 I'm a baby when it comes to pain 🤣 Some people enjoy pain some don't everyone's different but they offer numbing cream to numb the skin and that help 1000% The pain went from a 10 to a 1. I recommend getting the numbing cream 1st but that's just my opinion. Everyone's different. I'm a very honest person. I love being very open and transparent with my followers. All my skin tags were removed and I'm very very happy. These skin tags on my neck were my 1st thing about my body that i was extremely self conscious about and now they're gone! 🥰 Thank you P.L.&A! After that i was taken to another room where i was given 3 DYSPORT injections to the right side of my eye and 3 DYSPORT injections to the left side of my eyes. These DYSPORT injections are similar to Botox. They are used to get rid of wrinkles due to aging. I have really deep wrinkles on the right side and left side of my eyes also known as (CROWS FEET). Everyone gets them with age. The injections do take about 2 weeks to fully take affect so once 2 weeks are up, I'll post the before and after pictures. The nurse that put the injections was very friendly and professional. She numbed the sides of my eyes with ice to help with the pain. The injections didn't really hurt at all. It was fast and easy. I definitely recommend for men and women. I give this whole establishment a 🔥10🔥 out of 10! Great staff! Great atmosphere! Love the vibe! Stop my today or give them a call 📞

I’ve been a client here for years and everyone here is the best!!! Betsy, who does my injectables, is wonderful. Very gentle and I always look amazing after. Lillian does my laser treatments and never disappoints. Crystal does the best facial, I always get compliments after. The manager, Wendy, is very helpful when explaining different products and procedures to what will best fit my desired outcome. Highly recommend to anyone looking to be pampered and rejuvenated!! Since 2012 I have been going to Premier for many different skin treatments. Today I updated my Silhouette and Botox to keep looking great! I feel like a family member every time I walk in the door and can’t thank Sarah, Wendy, Lila, Betsy, Lillia and Crystal for making all of the visits over the years the best possible experiences ever! I am sad to move away as I trust them implicitly with my skin as does my husband! We both have had skin cancer and the laser peels were highly recommended by our dermatologist for preventative treatments, Premier Laser and Aesthetics has taken the best possible care of us!
