I was seated immediately at 1:33 even though I had an appointment ment at 2:30. She threaded my eyebrows in under 5 mins!!! No need for small talk and uncomfortable banter she was all buisness and I was in and out which was perfect for me, They look amazing! Will be a returning customer!

I come here every 2 weeks on Tuesday she is very nice and polite I come in yesterday Friday 10/25/2024 not the same lady she was rude mad and unprofessional gave her a 20$ to get change back to give her a tip she refused the 20 and told me to pay the exact change. I gave her a $10 and no tip I always tip but her attitude and customer service was horrible

I went in to get my eyebrows tinted today. I told the lady that I wanted a natural look. The application was sloppy. I had to try and clean it up from my skin and she put way too much. I do not like them and doubt if I will go back.

I’ve been going here for years. Not sure why I continue to go because 8/10 times Leena is there, and she is not friendly at all. She makes me uncomfortable.. always pointing out that I’m doing something wrong. Apparently I never hold my hands the “correct” way when getting my eyebrows threaded. Every other person who has done my eyebrows never expresses that concern. Then today, I got my eyebrows tinted as I normally do and they look awful. I could cry. That will be my last visit.. sick of paying money for bad service and now bad results too.

Pal is amazing! It was my first time here! And I love how she did my eye brows! She definitely is the only one I ll be going to. She was so sweet. I did not have any cash on me for tip and I felt so bad . I did not know tip was in cash I was going to pay for her tip on my card but it was not allowed. Next time i come i will double my tip in cash for her! She is so sweet and made my eye brows look amazing!

Customer service is horrible. Had bought a gift card and was told only could be used at this location haven’t been able to use it because I keep getting told the machine doesn’t work. Then today I went in and she was being rude and kept telling me to scoot back even though I couldn’t move back anymore. Went to go pay and then she told me cash only now. I don’t carry cash and also wouldn’t accept zelle. It’s a huge inconvenience when trying to pay and not having that option even though the card reader looked like it was connected.

Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment that I had booked days prior, the staff indicated that they did not have an appointment scheduled for me (although they immediately found it upon looking at their digital schedule--my name/info, appointment date/time, and the services I booked were clearly listed in their system). I was lectured for having used online scheduling rather than scheduling via phone. As I am a new client, that's not something that I was aware of, especially given that the option for online booking is available through their website. I was also informed that the price for services would be different than what was indicated in my booking confirmation email. I did not proceed with services.
