Doing your nails should be relaxing and nice experience but if Heather is doing your nails, you will not get that. She is just horrible. Avoid her at any cost.

Kelly gave me the best pedicure of my life. - she was fabulous and cannot wait to book her again. Establishment is super clean and price for the top tier spa experience is very fair in my opinion. Will 100% be back, coming to posh reminded me what a good experience really is.

I was really impressed by this place. I got my wedding nails done here and they did an incredible job with shaping and color picking. Steven was very patient with all my picky requests about the shape of my nails. I would definitely go again.

Unsanitary and poor application. It was filthy - the the overall hygiene left a lot to be desired. There were crumbs and hair scattered across the massage chairs and tables. I should’ve listened to my gut as I got a nail infection for the fist time in my life! Horrified and never returning.

I have been a client for more than 1 year, the service is usually average. However, today was very busy and the nail tech- Leslie was very rude, I asked twice to be gentle on my nails due it actually kind of hurt when she was removing the gel from my nails, she was upset and very bad side manners. Few of my nails are uneven as the work was not good. In addition, the same nail tech processed my payment and when I asked to the administrator to honor a $10 off on discount she said the payment was already processed. If you are looking for a place with good service where you can relax, this is definitely not the place. Go somewhere else.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was there to get gel polish removed, and Amanda kept trying to pressure me into getting a manicure, which I declined. After I refused, she got much more aggressive filing my nails, and it actually kind of hurt. It wasn’t horrible, but she was somewhat rude and hostile, not a good look.

I have been a costumer for years at the Greenwich location and I love it. Today I went to the Darien shop and I was shocked how unfriendly we were treated by the lady at the front desk. She was so rude that we left the store without using their service. I am really shocked and disappointed.

I started going to Posh about 2 years. It's clean, organized, they offer organic polish free from harmful ingredients, and the staff is nice and attentive. Amanda typically does my nails and I always love them. She even did my nails for my 2022 wedding. I love the lavender spa pedicure and the techs never make me feel like it's a rushed job. Posh is on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and I would rather spend more for a better experience and a lasting manicure and pedicure. Appointments are recommended, I always make one and have never had to wait.

All the eyelash extension techs are incredible, though my personal favorites are Helen and Michelle. Each new set lasts me 3 weeks and could be longer if I didn’t mind them becoming sparse. Appointments are kept rigorously and everyone is so kind.

Excellent service! Management is very attentive and friendly. My regular manicures actually last! Super clean and nice ambiance. Massages by Mimi are to die for! She has magic hands and will focus on whatever areas you need if needed. Worth the prices which are actually not that bad at all.

I have to say I usually love this place and have gone here consistently for 2 1/2 years. However, this last time i got my nails done, I got gel french tips. Not any longer than i usually get them. I am used to long nails and know how to care for them and know what they can and cannot handle. I got them done on a saturday. That next wednesday, I went to reach for my bag and one broke clean off. This has never happened to me before so I thought it was a fluke and I called back and Posh was very accommodating and let me fix it for free (i ofc left a tip as well). While on vacation the next week i have not only broke one but two more nails doing the most mundane things such as opening a car door and adjusting on a sofa. For paying $160 for these nails is not worth it whatsoever. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I used to go to posh until they had me enroll in their VIP card which essentially charges you more money each time you get your nails done and they claim it’s so if your nails chip within a certain time frame you can get it fixed. It’s basically a way to get more money from you and I didn’t realize this until after. They have always been so rude and they would harass me about who did my lash extensions because I went somewhere else. I told myself I would never go back but yesterday I really needed a pedicure so decided to give them another chance. Again, upon arriving they are extremely unfriendly and although I had made an appointment I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes. Finally the girl comes and walks right by me to another customer who was there after me. I asked if they still had time for my pedicure or if I should come back and Rita rudely comes over and goes I didn’t know you were waiting and grabs my feet to start the pedicure. The water was so hot it practically burned me, she barely cut any of my cuticles and she might as well not even have bothered to scrub my feet. My pedicure took her 10 minutes to do, it was so rushed and she did an awful job. I will never go back. The two stars is for the cleanliness and large polish selection.
