LJ is wonderful!! She is always punctual, pleasant, and professional. LJ is knowledgeable with regard to hair products and helpful with any questions I have.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Posh and Pixie Hair Salon that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM but mistakenly noted it for 12:30 PM. When I arrived at 12:25 PM, the hairstylist, LJ Hay, had already left the building, and I was surprised to see that I had been charged the full fee of $215 for a no-show. My appointment time was scheduled for a total for 2 hours and 45 minutes which would have given plenty of time to complete at least one of my services. After realizing the mix-up, I reached out to the manager to explain the situation, hoping for some understanding since it was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, the manager was unhelpful and directed me to address my concerns with LJ directly. I requested that the manager write down my contact information for LJ, but the next day, I still hadn’t heard back. When I finally managed to speak with LJ, the conversation quickly turned contentious. She informed me that her policy allows for only a 15-minute grace period, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their website. I expressed my disappointment that I hadn’t received a courtesy call to check if I was on my way, as this could have easily prevented the situation. Instead of understanding my perspective, LJ became defensive and dismissive, even laughing at my request for a solution. LJ’s attitude was unprofessional, and her assertion that I was not a “good fit” as a client was disheartening, especially since I had been a returning customer. I felt there was no effort to retain my business or to demonstrate good customer service, which is crucial in the service industry. In summary, my experience at Posh and Pixie was disappointing due to the lack of communication, understanding, and professionalism from both the manager and the hairstylist. It’s a shame, as I was looking forward to establishing a long-term relationship with a stylist I could trust. I would recommend seeking a salon that values customer service and takes the time to communicate effectively with clients.

Just very disappointing to know that this salon does not treat customers well. Charging for services that did not happen over a 20 min time misunderstanding and not even calling to check where the customer was and why she was late. The customer showed up in plenty of time to receive the services she was booked for but received nothing and was charged full price. Shame on you!!

I've had a wonderful and relaxing experience each time I've visited Posh & Pixie. Lj Hay is an incredible hairstylist. She's a lovely and down-to-earth person, she's attentive in giving me the exact hairstyle I'm aiming for, and makes me feel amazing every time I visit. Thanks so much Lj!

1 * for the company...I had been going for years, missed a few appointments because I had to stay at meeting and paid in full which i dont mind and I can't book again? They also never had the decency to let me know I can't. I'll take my business elsewhere. 5* for Sheyenne, she has been wonderful and had excellent service and quality of work, I always got lots of questions about who does my lashes because they were amazing. 5* for Ashley because I always had amazing compliments on the hair and so did my son 💕

Absolutely amazing service. I was originally told that I wouldn’t get much of a difference after black box dying my blonde/ginger hair for almost a decade and I just went there today to see LJ and she absolutely blew me away. Not only is it very affordable, she made my hair feel brand new again and brought back my hair that I’ve missed. I was quoted 2-3 sessions and she did it in 1. I’m surprised. My hair feels so much better now. Thank you LJ, you helped so much. 10/10 would recommend.

Was my first time here and I went in for a haircut. I knew it was gonna be good but it turned out to exceed my expectations. My hair looks amazing and Kendall did such a great job!

I absolutely love Posh + Pixie! Kailee is the absolute sweetest and is extremely talented. The salon is always spotless and the space is beautiful. I love too that you can purchase hair products in store, and they have the cutest boutique!

Posh & Pixie has all the best products that I consider my holy grails and can't live without.. specifically Redken shampoos and conditioners & argan oil, and It's a 10 Miracle Leave In. My hairstylist Sarah McDonald (10/10 highly recommend btw) introduced me to Living Proof and now I'm hooked to that as well. They have great quality styling tools for sale as well and the prices are reasonable. I don't plan to ever jump salons again. It has everything anyone could want and more, including quality stylists, estheticians, etc.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff! I love that they give you tea or coffee while you get your hair done! Sarah did such an amazing job on my hair when I went in for a drastic change! She gave great advice on what products to use.

Hairstylist really cared about customer service, checked in about length and style and offered to tweak the cut later on if I got home and noticed any issues.
