I have been going to Posh Nails for a while now. Everyone that I have used has done a great job. Very attentive and listens to what I want and prefer. I love that you can make an appointment as this works best for me. One time I showed up on the wrong day but they were very accommodating and got me right in even though it was my fault. Thank you Posh Nails for the great work!

Although the service done was good I was deeply offended when my nail tech decided to comment on my child’s race due to her complexion. Even after I made my discomfort known she continued to tell my child “you not black you have to be mix white”. Fortunately my daughter could not understand what she was saying, but my husband and I did and tried to divert her comments so our daughter would notice. After saying it several times the nail tech finally got the point and stopped . This was inappropriate and unprofessional. I have come here and spent a lot of money each time, because I bring my daughters and my husband. I am so disappointed, because past service has been great. I will not be returning due to the racist comments made and without regard or respect for my family.

I’ve always had an amazing experience at Posh Nail Salon in Southaven, but today was exceptional! Nisha was my nail tech, and she went above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of top-tier. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was completely satisfied. The level of care and professionalism she provided was unmatched. I highly recommend Posh Nail Salon, and I’ll definitely be back to see Nisha again!

Nikki is amazing. She’s a Christian and is not ashamed of showing of love of Jesus!! And not to mention she’s a beast with dip polish. This place is full of talented people. It’s worth a try, they will not disappoint!! 💯

I got a short set and my nails look like play dough, however I loved the tech who did my pedicure she did amazing just was very disappointed on my nails they’re short and very thick.

I have now made this my go to place. Angel was so knowledgeable and attentive. She really cared about ensuring my nails are healthy and gave the absolute best for massage. I felt pampered!!!

Selena did my cat eye nails and mani pedi! Usually I’m scared to get my nails done at a new place (I’ve been through some painful appointments) but she took her time, was kind, did a great job and her techniques were amazing! Highly recommend.

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon and everything was PERFECT! Their staff is so friendly and accommodating. I wanted a dip manicure but I initially picked a color that was only in gel and my nail tech went out of her way to find a similar color for me in the dip powder. I will definitely be going back!

I have been going for some months now. Different technician each time. This group works as a team. If you ask for something one doesn't know how to do, another technician would help. I wanted a particular marble look, but they didn't have it nor my original tech didn't know how to do it, another tech stepped in and free handed marble look.

Rosa, nail tech, is very professional and cares about her craft. She did an amazing job! Brooke, front desk, is very kind and greets you with a smile. This nail salon is very inviting with friendly faces and clean. I will be back!

The employees at POSH are so nice and friendly. They really listen to you when you have a issue with your nails and feet. Jamie and Nikki do a really good job. Nikki made sure when I got my dip powder I didn't leave out to dry crusty cuticles and Jamie give the best massage for your feet and legs

This has been the best I have been treated in a while. Nisha was so sweet and patient. I wasn’t having a good day and really not attentive. Instead of her being mad,she just moved my feet the way she needed them without attitude. We talked and she really helped to calm my anxiety. I am new here and now I have a place to call home for all of my hand and feet needs. Get here for the great experience. Oh it didn’t smell like a nail shop either . So clean and everyone that greeted me smiled .

A good friend recommended this salon. Today was my first visit, but it won't be my last. I loved how clean it is! The staff changes gloves between clients, a plastic liner over the soaking tub and files are discarded once finished. The staff was very nice and the wait wasn't long. I'm very pleased!

This was my 1st time at this nail salon. Tony was my nail tech and he was great! I cracked one of my nails and my finger was very sore. He was so gentle to made sure he did not hurt me. Thank you for caring.

Too pricey! I was told one price but when went it for appointment it was much more ! And what I wanted to get I had gotten service much cheaper and much more ! And they charge to remove polish !

Very cute place love the aesthetic. However , I wasn’t too fond of my nail tech. He was very passive aggressive and opinionated on the style I wanted. It was funny at first then it began to annoy me once the work was not matching the photos I showed him. I felt attacked and judged in a place where I came to relax and get pampered. I ended up settling with just a basic French tip. The pictures below what I asked for and what I ended up getting.

I got dip 338 (I think?) for my manicure with pink chrome and the same color in gel without the chrome for my milk and honey pedicure. Absolutely loved the salon! It was incredibly clean and the tools are cleaned and sanitized. My nail technician was incredibly sweet and they had a fantastic color selection. Can’t wait to come back.

I live out of town and was visiting family so we gave this place a try based on their reviews. Although they were very behind that day (which gives an idea that they are popular 😀)….they were very apologetic and even discounted our total. We were please with our manis and pedis. The salon is very nice, clean and comfortable. Everyone there was super nice! I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

I love going to Posh! It is nice, clean, and the service is excellent. I have been using Posh for several months. The nail techs, especially Tina, take their time and do an excellent job. I always get exactly what i want. They are helpful with recommendations when I need them. They also offer other services like waxing which i plan to try next time. I get a classic pedicure and dip manicure.

She was Superb, very focus, very polite, very engaging, very friendly, and very, very nice! I enjoyed my experience with her and the salon today! Good job Nikki, I will be back to see you. 5 months ago 2023; 2 star⭐️⭐️ This nail salon is very nice and the techs are also nice. They are under new ownership / management. The new techs they have now are not as well detailed as the previous ones. The prices are extremely too expensive! For a manicure and pedicure with regular polish. I paid over $100+, not to include the tip. Extremely too expensive!!! Also, if you rate them low they will post that you were not found in their system. Which will be a lie! They put you in their system when they check you in and after you are done and pay. SMH!!!
