My first trip to Posh and had my hair cut by Ashley tonight. I couldn't love it more. I have thin, wavy/curly hair that I struggle to style. She understood my hair completely and made it perfect!!

Went in for full highlights and wasn’t satisfied with the color; Posh fixed it to my liking and made sure I left happy. I really appreciated their understanding and great customer service!

I had a day appointment that lasted until the evening. It wasn't very well lit when I first got there. And by the end of my appointment it was so dark inside that I could not see my hair at all. I thought I was very clear about the style I wanted. When I got home and saw my hair in actual light I was extremely disappointed.

I recently got my hair styled for homecoming and LOVED it!!! They did amazing and everyone was so friendly! So excited to celebrate with my friends. Loved the new interior of the salon. Thank you guys so much!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I went to the salon for highlights. The hairstylist dyed my hair purple. She attempted to use a color remover, which did not work. She then proceeded to bleach wash my hair repeatedly. I was charged full price for the service. They gave me a bottle of purple shampoo and regular conditioner as compensation. My hair came out very brassy. It was embarrassing. I followed up with another appointment with them. They proceeded to bleach my hair and not tell me that it was severely damaged. A friend who is a hairdresser, pulled me aside and told me to stop bleaching my hair or it would fall out. My hair started to break off. I then had to grow my original hair color out until the damaged parts were gone. When the owner walked in and saw what had occurred her mouth dropped. I was very disappointed with how they handled this incident. The compensated me really in no way after completely ruining my hair. Since this has happened, I’ve had extreme difficulty in growing my hair out. I also have scalp damage from the over bleaching. I now have a lot thinner hair than what I used to have.

Posh is always a great experience. The shop has a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are accommodating, pleasant and professional. I feel good when I walk out the door.

Been a few years since I had my hair cut professionally, Ashley did a great job getting it cleaned up and looking good. Gave some great advice as well. I'll definitely be back when it comes time again.

As a POC with very tight curly hair, they treat my hair sooo beautifully I always come back every time. This place is a 10/10 and I would recommend this place in an heartbeat. Anyone who disagrees is a liar and can argue with the wall.

I got my first haircut in about three years done by dana and she was amazing. I had very long and curly hair and she did a perfect mullet. She made me feel comfortable and talked through everything with me. I would recommend dana to anyone in a heartbeat.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was growing out a botched haircut from another salon and specifically asked for a pixie cut and showed a picture. My length was about 4in and shorter in the back to start with. I left looking like a boy. She shaved half of my hair off and “textured“ it so much that i was left with 1in wisps on my head. My husband asked if I went to the barber because it looked like a man’s haircut. Never again will I go there and would definitely not recommend their services.

Unfortunately I won’t be coming back after scott cut my hair. There was 4-5 inches too much cut off and half of my head is layered. It extremely difficult to style an uneven. This is just very disappointing.

While the stylists are decent I had an appt that I sat and waited for 30 minutes for and still wasn’t waited on. I know things get backed up but my time is just as valuable as theirs. If I was a half hour late for my appt they would have cancelled it and probably charged my card. They weren’t even apologetic and were standoffish. I’ve never had any issues at other salons for a wait time of about ten minutes max. Too many other options out there.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say… Wow! We used Scott for off-site bridal party makeup this weekend for 8 bridesmaids. Scott was absolutely fantastic in creating makeup looks that everyone wanted with colors that not only went with their skin tones but with our cinnamon colored dresses as well. He even stayed until just before everyone was getting dressed to ensure no touch ups were needed; and disinfected all of his tools in between bridesmaids. Scott was so professional, yet personable and just A TON OF FUN to work with; everyone was raving!! Thank you so much for letting me book him for the day. We will definitely use him again for future events!

I was at Posh for the 4th time for cut, color & highlights. I always love the atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and laid back yet always professional. Dana has been doing my hair for 3 years and I followed her to Posh. Best decision she could have made to be a part of this team. I'm not going anywhere!

Took my daughter here for hair extensions since she ruined her real hair trying to dye it. Paid $600 not including tip to have them put in her hair. A couple weeks went by she needed them retaped so went back spent another $300 not including tip, totally fine with spending almost $1 k on my daughters hair but then after that, my daughter had some ends frayed on her extensions so went back to see what they could do, to having the one girl cut her extensions to get rid of the frayed hair. Then the owner annoyed that her stylist cut the hair extensions ruining the extensions and making them shorter and had another stylist who had extensions herself come over and tell us that the other girl should have never cut those extensions there is cream to put on them to keep them from fraying. So we purchase the cream, annoyed that the hair extensions are now shorter. The owner said she would see what she could do seeing how upset we were over this said she would call us. Two weeks goes by we call over to find out what the status was and now they changed there story to sorry we don’t purchases new hair extensions for free when that was what they told us they would do. After spending over $900 for them to be ruined and not doing a single thing about it is quite disappointing. A professional person would have handled that in a professional way not pushing it under the rug and telling us to move on, not there problem. Bad service by the owner and will never go back there again. Very disappointed!!!
