Just got my nails done by GG oh my God she is the best she was so friendly and very happy to see me coming she did my Gel nails and my Pedicure and Dolly did my eyebrow wax. Everything was great Definitely will be back !

This is my first time here and there is no waiting. Everything was very fast and professional. Friendly staff, clean space. She spent a lot of time taking care of my nails, very attentive and not in a hurry. She also asked me for my opinion on shapes, colors and designs. Positive experience, I will stop by.

When you go to portfolio nail&spa you need to ask for Gwen she’s is the best nail tech, she done an excellent job on my nails over the years so I recommend her to anyone go try her out for yourself she’s the best hands down.

I’ve been here many times and I’m always pleased. Dolly is great! They have the most fabulous inventory of different types and colors of nail polish/art! You wouldn’t believe the selection. They’re both professional, polite, funny, and great technicians. Update: 7-20-24 Just left after my 3rd GREAT visit this year. I don’t have to go monthly because her services LAST! Dolly is AWESOM! She ALWAYS: 1. asks her clients to pick their own color 2. Paints just 1 nail and confirms with you that you like the color 3. Asks which services YOU WANT and EXPLAINS the cost. Her prices are lower than anyone else nearby 4. Asks you at the end if you like the service you receive and If you don’t, she will start ALL over again until you are happy! Anyone who claims otherwise is either lying, trying to get something FREE or just a miserable human inside! She works long hard hours and she has my respect❤️🙂

My nails looked beautiful and the polish was applied flawlessly. Moreover, the manicure and pedicure were very durable. Even after several weeks, my nails remained intact and beautiful without any chipping or fading. Overall, my visit to Portfolio was exceptional, thanks to the meticulous work and the salon’s high standards. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-quality nail service.

02/ 09/ 24 My pedi wasn't good at all Tammy did my pedi and Dolly polished my toes with gel at 10am, my polish onmy left foot big toe was off by 5pm. My mani was done by Tammy, but Dolly had to finish it and do touch up. The next day my hands looked worse than they did when I went in for the mani. I am so disappointed 😞 My daughter had both mani & pedi, which Dolly did herself. The mani fill in was terrible and by the time we arrived home one of her thumb nails had broken off. She had a fill in and Matt work on her fingers by the time 02/11/24 arrived her entire left hand was a mess. Polish off the nails chips in the nails. Although my daughter paid for our mani's and pedi 's it was over a $100.0 just a waste of money and time. Dolly is the sweetest, kindness person, she just can't do a good job on your hands and feet. We definitely will not be returning. Disappointed 😡😡😡

Dolly always takes time to get my nails the length and shape I want. She’s willing to do any color for me and makes sure it looks right and is exactly what I want. Always very happy with the outcome of my nails. Also very affordable!

I absolutely love this place! Been coming for years. The staff is amazing and sweet. As a Registered Nurse running around all day at work. They take great care of my feet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and even Men. They make you feel welcome and not embarrassed to get your feet done.

I finally gave this place and try, wow! its not CLEAN and seem like having your pedi done inside a closet! obviously the don't clean the place each day perhaps once a week if so! But not happy, had a pedi done and wasn't what I expected. Not coming back!

I have been so please with this nail shop. It's a fool Salon service very clean very professional. The young lady that runs the shop very very very well. She takes her time, does your pedicure manicure, And permanent make up and body wax. This is a place to come to for your fool Salon work. Amazing service. You can get your browse done. Is the place to Come. The prices are great

I have tried this salon several times....hoping to have good results. Last week was the worst ever!!!! One of my nails was cut toooooooo short - she tried to put on a acrylic nail and much to my surprise it didn't work. So, I now have a painful weird looking nail. How about showing me a color palette and letting me choose what color of red I want? I am sorry this salon doesn't do better work.....the lady doing my nails seems nervous. The bottom line for me I am done with this place....it is so near where I live and I can walk to it....but, the prices are higher and yet the service is poor.....

Stay away.... not only did my nails come out bad but when I wanted to cancel a service I had put a deposit on with my debit card she was going to charge me a fee for using my debit card, which is the same as cash and I've never heard of that! Credit card yes, but not a debit card. I decided to use the money toward another fill and pedicure and I should have just given her the $25 fee she wanted to charge me.. My nails were so thick I spent 2 days filing them down and paid $55+ extra for a gel polish that she put on entirely too thick!

Posted for my wife Diane I went to have a pedicure on January 21 .Dolly was very friendly and polite. She talked me into having acrylic nails done. Three day’s later on the 24th I started to have pain in my right big toe and noticed some redness and swelling. When I got home I poured on some hydrogen peroxide and immediately it started to bubble so new it was infected. Called an friend who also lives in Mesa Regal RV park and had seen Dolly on Tuesday January 18. She had an infection also and was seeing a podiatrist the next day. He removed part of her nail and it cost her 200.$ which she paid cash as she is Canadian. I’m trying to manage my infection at home for now but if it doesn’t get better soon then I will have to do the same. Have been soaking in salt water and then hydrogen peroxide 4 times a day then putting on an antibiotic cream. After cleaning out the side of my toe tonight I could see something moving and used some tweezers to remove a piece of cuticle.I also managed to remove the acrylic nail tonight the 26th.I put some peroxide on it and it bubbled up so obviously that’s where the infection came from. Had brought my own polish…wish now I would have used it instead. Will try to post pictures of my toe. We returned to the shop on Monday and showed Dolly but she would not acknowledge that it came from there. I will never go back there again.

The shop manicurists are always so pleasant and talkative. They provide water. The shop is comfortable and they can match any gel polish to dip powder!
