I had an amazing experience getting my eyelash extensions done by Dionne! From start to finish, she was incredibly patient and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel completely at ease about the service I was choosing. Dionne was gentle throughout the process, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable. When I requested a few adjustments at the end, she was understanding and accommodating, ensuring I left with lashes I absolutely loved. The atmosphere was calming, and her professionalism, combined with great conversation, made the entire experience enjoyable. I felt safe and well-cared for, and I’m so happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back to Dionne for my next set of lashes. Highly recommend her services!

Absolutely loved my experience! I got a lash lift and tint with some added lash extensions for the upcoming wedding I am in. I am 21 weeks pregnant so I was concerned about laying on my back for so long but had no issues here whatsoever. In fact the service was so gentle and calming I was on the verge of falling asleep. I left the salon feeling beautiful with my new lashes. 10/10 recommend and will be back again!

Jen was very attentive and listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly that! She was very gentle and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appt. I loved the way my lashes look and can't wait to come back again!

Great experience in very capable and professional hands of Di. The Salon is exceptional. Great location with adequate parking. Registration for services with reminder updates was easy and helpful. I only wear lashes on occasion. I trust the service at Pop Lash Beauty Lounge.

I had an amazing experience with Di, she is very friendly and professional. She gently removed my lash extensions I had done elsewhere and her lash serum had my lashes fuller than ever! 10/10

Wow, I love my Classic Set of lashes. Valerie did a phenomenal job and made me feel so comfortable. The room was perfectly set up with a calming aroma, air purifier, a great choice of R&B music, soft blankets, and mood lighting. I've hired various lash artists (including in the beauty capital of LA) in the past but I can say Valerie is the best I've worked with. Her craftsmanship and careful application shows her dedication and talent. I am a very happy customer. I will be back and am so glad I found Pop Lash Beauty Lounge for my lash extension needs!

Amazing amazing amazing! Got a classic set and then Hybrid set with Valerie and each time they were absolutely beautiful! She is very kind, professional and accommodating! The service is very relaxing and she is quick to help address any sort of discomfort! I cannot recommend them enough ❤️❤️❤️

I cannot recommend Di and Pop Lash Beauty Lounge enough!! I came regularly for many months and was always satisfied. Di took the time to explain what she was doing and always made me feel comfortable. I even came in through my pregnancy basically up until my due date and she took the time to set up extra support and keep me comfortable through each visit. I took some time off getting my lashes done but now that I'm ready to start again I won't even consider going anywhere else!

Di is a beast on lashes! I flew in from Vegas and she hooked me up. Wow! What a difference an experienced artist makes? She cleaned up the mess from the previous tech and was so pleasant and nice. I will definitely see her again when I’m in the area.

I am a 3yr cancer survivor. My health and beauty journey has been long and challenging. As my hair started to grow back I noticed that my lashes were thinner and shorter. This was one of the best eye lash extension services I have ever received. Dionne is extremely talented, professional, and personable. She took time to explain the types of extensions she offered and did excellent quality work. I have few upcoming summer trips so I wanted a more dramatic, voluminous look so I did the volume lashes. They look great and make me feel glamourous. On top of everything her beauty lounge was really nice with great decor. You felt luxury treatment between the snacks and beverages and comfortable accommodations for the treatment. I highly recommend her and will be going back!
