I had my first Brazilian wax with Jessica, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about hair growth stages and aftercare, which made me feel confident in her expertise. Beyond doing an excellent job, what impressed me most was how kind, warm, and welcoming she was. For my first time, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. Jessica is someone I’ll definitely return to and highly recommend!!!

Adding my voice to the chorus of appreciation for Jessica! Just had my eyebrows done by her for the first time, and I haven’t been this happy with them in ages. She listened to me, but also gave me her professional opinion, and the results are outstanding. Also love the space/location, awesome conversation, and convenient scheduling. Jessica Tanner is genuinely one of the most welcoming, loving, and genuine humans I have ever come across. Not once have I ever felt uncomfortable or out of place in her presence! She is so truly talented at waxing and her amazing personality is just a great perk! Cannot stop recommending her to anyone who will listen.

Jess is amazing! She is a wonderful conversationalist and makes a waxing experience fun - crazy I know! And her services are 10/10. I’ve never had a lash curl and tint before but she explained the process and walked me through everything to make sure I knew what I was getting into. Jess is the BEST! The Poet & Moon Studio has such a cool vibe. Sleek and warm. Every experience is as comfortable as girlfriends drinking tea on a Wednesday afternoon. Jess makes me feel gorgeous & seen in this exceptionally intimate & vulnerable space. My brows have never looked so good and I was a teenager in the 90's...if you know, you know. I have very thick and uneven eyebrows, Jessica was able to make them look symmetrical and beautiful. Not to mention she’s absolutely delightful, so friendly and knowledgeable. 100% recommend!
