Been Here Like @ Least 3x & Not Going Back . The Environment Has Me Feel Like I want To Leave Already . Not Only That , She was In A Rush To Do My Pedi Just B/c Her " regular " was waiting For Her . Rude As Hell of That " regular " As well. Like Boo-who Girl , you snooze you lose" You Could wait. But the Lady Made Sure She Didn't wait Too Long . ALSO I Overheard Infront of Me That A Lady was Getting Her Mani Done. She Kept Telling Her " no gel please the machine hurts my hands " But Yet the Lady Laughs @ Her & Tells Her , " o I already put gel " Thinking She was Going To Accept It. No ! She Kept Telling Her , " no gel it hurts my hands " & the Lady was Bothered That She Had To Redo It Even Though It was Requested To NOT TO. Y'all Are weird . It's Sad B/c This Place Is Down the Street From Me . I Guess You Really Do Have To Travel For Better Quality & Service . Back To Azusa Salons I Go

I go here for my pedicure.. If you want someone who will be attentive to your feet, go and ask for Susan!! She is wonderful!! She is the only one I see there, she goes over and beyond to make sure you're happy with her work! Most of my friends and family go to her.. she is that good.. trust me.. you won't be disappointed.

I hadn't came here in years but decided to come because I didn't want to drive to my regular spot. Dennis did my nails exactly how I wanted. He listened to me carefully and want very gentle. He didn't rush and gave options of the color powder nude I wanted. I went with the more pinkish nude tday. I asked for in between medium n long for length. Coffin. Narrow It cost 65.00 Pretty good to me! Tech. : Dennis : Experience 7 yr Style. : Coffin Narrow Color. : Powder Nude Pink Length. : Medium/long

Provided half service, charge full price. Speak their language talk about the customer, only did pedicure, been charged with mani and pedi both. Be careful to go this place.

Overall good experience but some of the workers are horrible so if you ever go make sure you dont get the workers that do horrible jobs. Other than that theyre pretty good in my opinion.

I received jell manicure and regular pedicure on sunday. By Friday, 4 days later the jell manicure & pedicare already chipping. My manicure and pedicare looks like 2 weeks later. Horrible. Paid 56.00. Then my toe color didn't even match the same as my finger color. My finger color was a pink and toe color was peach. I pointed it out they new I was unsatisfied and blamed it on sometimes the colors don't match that come in the box, so that was the customer fault! Really. Didn't nothing to correct. I knew I should of walked out before hand due to place not very clean, chairs very worn out. My bad....

In this place I accidentally left my ring while I was at the manicurist, who unfortunately I don't know the name of and when I returned, I assure you I didn't see anything, which seems very unprofessional to me and I'm not at all sure of going back to a place like this, since they have very poor quality of cameras and it is something in their favor, be very careful!!!!!

Not the best nail techs in the area for sure. But fast and available yes. My experience from the first time I came wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t horrible. Today was horrible customer service and horrible nails. People expect ‘close to perfection’, not ‘it looks okay,’ and the lady that did my nails today was definitely not detail oriented. I am used to doing my nails with technicians that are booked out far in advance because they are so talented and have consistently delivered great nail services. But I went on a whim and tried a new person. I’m not even scoring my experience on customer service. That will automatically bring this review down to a one. These little handy-me down shops get away with it because they don’t look professional, so you don’t really expect professional services. But when you start to add on to the shop or remodel then standards for how you treat Customers should also match. The nail tech kept asking if I wanted to get pedicure. I said no 3x. That’s so rude. Don’t pressure me into saying yes by asking me over and over again. I got gel x extensions. My nails were slanted, I had polish on the side of my nails, and usually my nail techs will check that the nails match on both hands. She didn’t even do that. So my nails are slanted and not buffed. So the tip top nail all feel and look different. I heard so many people asking for May, so I will probably give this place one more chance and try one of their popular and experienced techs.

Went to this salon for the first time hoping they can fix the work of another salon. It was another horrible experience... He did my fill and painted with a quickness.. 5 day's after the service.. Polish started peeling off. There were bubbles in the middle and the edges were peeling off as well. I went somewhere else to get color change.. I'll be a fool if I went back to get color change... What a waste of money.. Horrible!!

this place has the worse performance in nails. $52 for a full set and they came out so hideous. Money down the drain. These people are so clueless, had to ask the lady three times to fix her mistake and was so blind to the design photo I showed her. Horrible place 0/10

This Place is Horrible 🤬when it comes to doing the Services, They use the same towel from another person, Like me and they tried to use that Dirty towel on the Next Customer, At the End they Over Change you for the Services Done , ask 1st before they start, they also have a Bucket with new Towels and they don't have a Washer & Dryer to do Laundry, other incident today there the Pedicure Spa Chair Overflow with water 💦 when the customer had her Feet 🦵 in there , So this is what they Did , Took the water out and Dumped it in the Right side Spa Chair with a Customer sitting there with her Feet 🦶in it 😱, There was 3 of us there getting Service, it was our 2nd Time there, I hope the Health Inspector's see this Post, We will Never go BACK !!!!! Other Customers where there, Hopefully they say Something too !!!!!
