I highly recommend them for all your needs even men. I'm 51 year old male and before I went in people were always telling me that I looked like I was 65 years old or older. When they got done with me I was almost in tears today and I had to give them a hug because of the dramatic change. I looked in the mirror and seen myself and I saw a 30 year staring back at me. I can't believe what Platinum Salon has done for. Thank you Gena and Leslie so much, you have no idea how much this means to me.

The hairstylist (Leslie???) butchered my hair and was not friendly at all. I was absolutely devastated because it had taken me years to grow it out. I had pictures of what I wanted and she wasn't even close. She didn't take the time to make it even before cutting then had to cut more on the other side to even it out. Another stylist couldn't "see" how uneven it was until another client pointed it out. Seriously the worst experience.

Very nice, but not very impressed. The lady that did my hair got the color way off and didn’t know how to do much and my sister had someone else that didn’t do hers well either. We had photos that we wanted to match and they were waaayyy off. I wanted subtle highlights and left with very obvious horrible colored highlights. And the same for my sister. They still charged the full amount.

Michelle does fantastic pedicures!! I had my nails done 2 weeks ago before vacation….they still look great. Polish is still glossy and the shape is still good. She is super friendly and welcoming. I will be back.

Girlfriend went in for a haircut and shape up and the stylist was wonderful and also offered to cut my hair and also trimmed my beard. She did a great job definitely will definitely be going back. Best haircut I have had in a while.

I got my hair done by Kristen, to say I'm happy with my hair and experience is a understatement, she made sure everything was okay with me before cutting and talked me through her steps I was very comfortable with her cutting my hair and trusting her with the process. The vibe was amazing and she was soo sweet!! I'm so happy I found someone that I trust doing my hair and I will continue going to her.

Most unfriendly place I have ever been, the girl I had didn't even introduce herself, even though I introduced my self. Didn't do my hair as I asked & I had to ask to see the back of my hair, she had to go down about 3 stations to find a dirty mirror. I am from out of town, grandmother of the bride, didn't acknowledge a thing about me. Wasn't interested at all. I was in the chair about 10 minutes & price was cheap & that's what I got. But that wasn't why I had selected this salon. I didn't know what they charged for styling & no one offered.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that they provided. LESLIE IS AWESOME. There will be no one else do my hair but her. She knows what she’s doing and does a hell of a job. She listens to what you want. There all so friendly they make you feel right at home. I recommend platinum salon 100% Thank you Leslie for always doing such a great job and thank all the other ladies there for being so kind and making you feel right at home.!

I tried this salon because it had great reviews. I booked an appointment for a trim and highlights. I show up for the appointment and the stylist barely speaks or acknowledges me. She didn't ask what color highlights or style I wanted. She doesn't ask any history about my hair, if there were chemicals already on it, etc. She pulls my hairtie out and just starts sectioning and chopping at my hair. I didn't say anything because I figured this was a pretrim or something. The stylist was so aggressive in putting in foils. Thankfully I am not tender headed. When it comes time for her to dry and style my hair, she doesn't ask how I part it or how I typically style it. She dries it and there is heavy blonde on my part and barely anywhere else...I said, uh I don't want it that heavy. So she said ok I will add some dark. She was able to save it. It doesn't look horrible but I will not be back. Just a weird and cold experience.
