Don’t use Jasmine to do your hair she ripped me off overcharged me upgraded hairstyle because she wanted to make more money for Christmas ruined. My hair didn’t give me nothing that I wanted looked nothing like I needed nothing like what I came in with Orange bleach spots throughout my hair she changed my appointment time made me sit in a chair while she was trying to finish other people she overbooked herself horrible service. I have never felt so sad sick to my stomach upset, leaving a salon and then she was like oh I can help you with it and do what overcharge me for ruining my hair overcharged me for more products to try to fix what you ruined. Very poor service

I love this place, everytime I've gone with fana she is always so sweet and nice to me and when I ask for a hair color or style she has been the only one to give me exactly what I ask for

I visited Takreem at the platinum salon for my hair styling. She did an excellent job on cutting my hair, conditioning treatment, and wash. She also did a an excellent job colouring my hair exactly as I wanted it She then styled my hair. My hair now look so beautiful. The work was way better than I expected. She was friendly and accommodating. I also like the private room and the price was very reasonable.

My regular hair person moved to FL and I decided to try and find a place closer to home. So I called Platinum Hair. Unfortunately, Fana is not to be trusted. She claimed years of experience coloring hair like mine (I texted her photos prior to making my appt). First she gave me a bold yellow block on the top of my head, then I ended up with patchwork quilt look after “fixing” the first fiasco. During the visit she talked about how hard she works, how often she works, and how she even tries to put in extra hours at other salons and promising anytime in the next week I could return to finish fixing my hair. So when I left (needing to get to work and she had 3 people waiting), I paid full price fully expecting to have no trouble returning. I was very wrong! My wife visit to make haircut and face finish She stayed long time and have bad work both for hair and face that seems the employee have new and have no experience at all in addition of high price about $100 My wife not satisfy as first time visit and not recommended

Fairly priced, clean place, welcoming atmosphere!!! Fana- did an amazing job on my color, cut, and style! Love the online booking! I admit I did the box dye but due to being in the sun and my DNA- I lose pigment faster than most ppl. She was able to help blend it so it is now even, even :) She is an amazing person- she was even talking about helping the community maybe once a month for those who want to feel about about themselves. Go see her so she can be able to help others in the long run for her business. If that isn't enough to see her, she does eye brows and works with all types of hair. Take time to get to know her and you will be amazed at all the hair types she can handle!!!

Marina (a hairstylist) is amazing beyond Belief at coloring and cutting. She takes her time and is careful; And she makes me laugh so hard! Everyone needs to see her!

Fana the New Owner is the greatest person I've ever meet, will drive miles to see her, she knows how to cut hair and does it like a pro. You won't be disappointed, give her a try

I see Shonna for crochet braids. Service is outstanding. Staff very professional, warm and personable. I am extremely particular about my hair and this salon is by far my best experience. They make sure customers are completely satisfied with the work done. The salon is in an excellent location and very accessible. I would recommend this salon for anyone that wants great service. They provide a plethora of services.

New Owner!! Actually it was the new owner (Fana) that cut my hair. OMG, I couldn't be HAPPIER!! Carefully listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to give me the perfect haircut!! Giving 5-STARS!! Am definitely going back!!
