I had my apt scheduled and the hairdresser was at lunch when I got there. Didn’t apologize and stated I have the wrong time could I schedule another day. I know it was the time I was there because we discussed it would take 3 hours and I had an apt scheduled at 3 pm that same day. Very frustrating and atleast apologize but don’t lie

Went in to check out the new salon. What a great job they did! the place looks amazing, and has a great play area for kids too!
