Love the new machines and stations!

Been coming here for years, had to stop for COVID and a bunch of deaths in the family, finally just came back. They used to have a whole row of ellipticals with fully moving arms and legs. Now they only have like, 3, and the rest of them, the arms don't move, only the legs. Please switch them back to the other kind!! Also just a helpful note for visitors: "a little busy" on the Google graph can easily mean ALL of the cardio machines are taken.

Please reduce the temperature at the gym to 70 F because today at 9:00 PM it was 75 F and 100% humidity. In such conditions, with such a large amount, you can't exercise, it's like in a sauna and you want to vomit and you can easily faint. He also adds that it is a public gym and there are a lot of people and thus bacteria and germs that only develop at high temperatures. Both OSHA and The American College of Sports Medicine have recommendations. IFA has developed the following along those guidelines: The aerobics, cardio, weight training and Pilates areas should be at about 65 to 68 degrees.

Very large facility with nearly brand new equipment. Often very busy between 5 and 6pm but other times most equipment is available without waiting

Administrator of this franchise should take a visit during winter nights. The smell and humidity inside is terrible. Very nice new equipment but not feeling comfortable to use it.

I have been a black card member for about six months. I had a pretty steady routine before hurricane Helene hit, and I’m finally getting back at it again. The equipment has been upgraded. The facility has always been clean. The staff has always been friendly. I also thoroughly enjoy taking time for myself after my workout to use the total body enhancement and the Hydro massage. It makes the experience complete as somebody who has low back issues and a disability.

It's so big, no overcrowding! All the machines are clean and in good shape. Seems to be a lot of positive energy there. The Total body enhancement machine is state of the art. There are so many things about Planet Fitness just go there and take a tour!

They have updated the facility with a lot of new machines!!! They have more strength training machines now!! I like it!

Equipment is new, diverse, and excellent. Derrick and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. I've never been treated so well at a gym, and I've gone to a number of them over the last 20+ years. Highly recommend this gym!

I'm impressed with this location. I've been a Black Card member for a couple of months, and I've had a great experience. They recently refreshed all the equipment and there are a lot of options, and a fair balance of cardio and strength equipment, plus areas for mats and other no/low equipment workouts. Other gym-goers are respectful and not aggressive or judgmental. People behind the desk have been helpful and friendly. I can charge a drink to the credit card on my account - no physical card required. Plus there are massage chairs and such that I haven't even tried yet. Only two requests I would have: more protein options (protein bars or drinks) and more accurate "Crowd Meter" in the app. The Crowd Meter has 3/10 bars full but in the gym I have to wait for equipment because it's all in use. I guess the location is popular for a reason, but I'd like an accurate reading.

The biggest complaints I had with this location were insufficient strength equipment that were poorly maintained. As of this week, the equipment had been completely refreshed. A larger proportion of the floor space is strength equipment, and it’s all brand new. Went from the worst location in Greenville to the best. Good job!

As a truck driver, I was able to park here, but I would not recommend seeing that it is a small lot. If you are a good driver, you can park on the side

Die Geräte sind gut gewartet. Von 05:30 bis 07:30 Uhr ist es oftmals recht voll aber ich habe bis jetzt immer ein freies Gerät gefunden um mein Training fortzusetzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Kann dieses Studio nur weiterempfehlen!

Planet Fitness has changed my life since 2014. I recommend this gym for anyone and especially for beginners. You feel comfortable and welcomed every time at a price you can't find anywhere else. Work at your own pace and feel like a winner
