Thought this place was a 24hr gym… and the little girl with the attitude 25 minutes before they opened didn’t scream “judgement free zone”. We all know this company is a joke but at least stick to the hours you mislead people by. Gotta wait til 7 am on a Saturday to work out at a place people barely workout at. Ridiculous.

I love this gym. They stay on top of the damaged equipment and it is a clean facility. The staff are super friendly too.

Cons: More roof leaks opening up so there's buckets around often, machines are breaking here and there for a while, and it's sometimes hard to get a workout in between 5-7 because people just sit on their phone on machines for long periods. Plus one of the hydrobeds has been down for months. You pay for what you get. Pros: Friendly staff, lots of machines to make use of so if the one you one is busy, there's other options. Staff help keep it clean and wipe down after rude guests who don't wipe after themselves.

Staff is super friendly - greeted on way in and on way out. Manager is personable - asked how I was doing towards my goals I mentioned upon joining which made me feel like my membership mattered. Also staff is always cleaning! They constantly sweep, mop, wipe, and dust so the place is upkept well.

Went to Planet Fitness in Lufkin did total body Fitness locked and pushed door closed, unknowingly to me you have to really ensure it is closed at the top of the door. Upon exiting the machine and getting half my close back on realized that the door was cracked open. So embarrassed!!! Please make sure all doors are operating efficiently. The door was locked but opened???
