I had a great experience when going to Planet Fitness. For the price, you can’t complain. Locked rooms, showers, plenty of equipment. Just keep in mind that it’s in an interesting area downtown. Otherwise, all good.

I signed up three years ago and then after three months I canceled my subscription because a man kept asking me to shower with him ever morning. He would also stare at me and stroke himself as I was showering and getting dressed. I then find out three years later they have been charging me still and the transactions have now added up to over $600. I called my bank, blocked their charges and then called them and asked to cancel AGAIN. They said they had two accounts under my name haha (HOW??) and they would cancel the second one, but u wouldn't be refunded. They canceled it but I didn't get a confirmation email. A few days later I was charged again. I called my bank and they said once they blocked the charges through my routing number they turned around and used my debit number! And my bank said Planet fitness is one of the number 1 reasons they get calls for Unauthorized transactions. Lol thought yall should know. I know have to change all my bank info.

New Equipment ⭐💪🏾🦵🏾🔥 12/9/24 #1 Standing Squat machine #2 seated Calves lift machine #3 WEIGHTED CHEST PRESS 🔥‼️💯 planet fitness is stepping their game up. I'd recommend that they get rid of some of the treadmills downstairs/ water rowing machines and add more weight equipment. Etc . I'd also recommend more mirrors🪞🪞

The price of $25 covers all the shortcomings, so I recommend it. The only downside of the entire chain is the lack of benches for working out with free weights "barbells"

Theres only been one fully working rowing machine out if about six for over a year. The rest all have broken foot holders or pull bars, I've notified the staff multiple times. Very frustrating as its the only machine i use there. Please get it fixed. Edit: can you give me a real response please? Not the "we're so concerned about your satisfaction" response you gave while providing no solution. Will you them fixed or not?

Clean except there’s like two broke machines that have been that way for a month can we get that fixed lol and this gym would get a 5 star from me if they had a personal trainer I’ve asked a few times and each time I was informed they are looking for a trainer.

It appeared to that this facility was closed. The appearance from outside was horrible, dirty and unclean. The windows were dirty and the place seemed empty. Did they move? 🤔

Clean, friendly, safe, equipment in good order, easy parking. Black membership allowed me to bring a guest. Highly recommend because felt welcomed by staff and members.

I would only go if its a 1 time visit. Parking is 4 dollars for an hour. 2 floors with overly spread out area. Its smelly and dirty too. Never coming back
