Great price, great staff, great equipment! This place is awesome. I've been at this location for a bit over a year and the staff are friendly and very attentive to gym cleanliness and upkeep of equipment.

I need to open up one of these Planet fitnesses 24 hours at night on the weekends in the Grand Rapids area. I'm sick of driving 30 minutes to Holland to work out on the weekends. I might leave to another gym

The young lady I talked to was great!!! The only issue i had was a phone conversation from another planet fitness not giving me all the info they should have.

Today I downgraded my plan because I like this location so much. They have been very good about repairing equipment and staying open. Staff is exceptional. April will be 3 years going to this location.

First time at this location. I was just driving through the town and I stopped for a quick workout. I found this location very clean and very appealing in general. Who whenever is manager this location is doing a good job.

Planet fitness they are the best. Club manager and just employees they are the best. Super clean and every respectful gym. Yes it is true that it’s a no judgement zone.

It isn't too crowded and the staff are friendly. I lost my phone and they went out of their way to help me find it. They always greet me and are eager to help. There is an abundance of cardio equipment. The other equipment, you occasionally have to wait for, but not too long.

had a great time at planet fitness! It was clean, fun amount of people, but not too busy. Was able to get in a workout flow and got it all done in 45 minutes!

Will you EVER go back to 24/7.. a lot people join planet fitness so they can work out whenever.. 4 days a week is SO ANNOYING.

I spoke with Trinitie over the phone to change my credit card that was expiring. I said I could not update it on the app. She said I had to come in and sign papers. When I changed my plan several months ago, I did that over the phone and gave a credit card number then without coming in. I said if I have to make a trip in to sign papers, I was cancelling when I get there, she made no attempt to remedy the situation and said “Good”. So I made the trip in and she was not friendly, I then told her I was canceling. She again said “Good” I’ll cancel your membership. A waste of my time to make a trip in, just to change a credit card you have taken for billing over the phone.

I used to go there until I started getting the wrong attention. I went there with my white girlfriend and when we would separate to work out, I would look for her and sometimes ppl would follow me thinking I'm harassing her. That actually happened, twice. Very uncomfortable for bla...nvm
