Came in yesterday, 2/3/25 about 12:45 with a black card member and went to the desk to ask questions about just signing up and having my own membership and the lady their was highly disrespectful, couldnt even answer my questions. After my experience I think I’d rather just go somewhere else

I've been a member since the beginning and I visit frequently. Being brushed off by the manager and an employee REALLY rubbed me the wrong way. The cables are frequently broken, and I asked him when he thinks they would be fixed. It was as if I offended them by asking..... The "go away" look on there faces was a shocker!

The staff are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The gym is always clean. I’ve been to other gyms and Planet Fitness, Cornelia is by far, the best!

Everyone at planet fitness is amazing and able to answer any questions you have. The equipment is always clean and plenty of options available.

Everyone at the front desk is always so friendly and kind. If I ever need assistance or help in any way they are more than willing to help. I also really appreciate the attention to detail they have when cleaning machines. I have gone to other planet fitnesses and this one is by far the best due to the staff and environment.

UPDATE!! 8-31-24 We came to work out here again and everything has been fixed. The fans were running. No squeaky machines. No broken cables. Locker room was clean. Friendly staff even! Highly recommend! We worked out here one day while visiting family in Georgia. I wish I could post a video here. The hip machines squeak SO LOUD. They must not have any maintenance guys come through here. One of the cable machines was broke, broken cable just laying there. The lat pulldown cable machine beside it we used had casing missing. They need to send one of their handyman staff over to replace cables and pulleys before someone gets hurt. The abs room could use some airflow (fans), and the mens locker room smelled terrible, like body odor / dirty socks. Needed cleaned. This is my least favorite Planet fitness I've been to, but I still appreciate being able to get a good workout in. If you go here, just use caution. Hopefully things will be repaired soon. Staff wasn't the friendliest, but did return our greeting. Telling people "good morning!" with a smile makes a difference!

Last time I went I brought a new member and the guy that was there was not very nice he was not very helpful and he was drawing on a drawing board and he didn't explain stuff too well

The self cleaning instructions should be changed to " Clean equipment before usage" because I watch people leave equipment without cleaning anything.Either that or hire more cleaning staff. Needs hand pedal machines and more sitting elliptical machines for elder patrons. In fact a dedicated area for Elders would be better with machines easier to exercise. Better payment methods would be nice. I don't like that I have to give my Checking account number. Every company is vulnerable to cyber attack. Remove the E Channel because it has plastic surgeons doing body sculpting with knives. This is body shaming to customers without perfect bodies.

Great when I went. Clean bathroom and locker rooms. I didn't feel like the staff was laughing and talking about me like at previous locations
