Friendly staff with great atmosphere! Me and my partner go to PF in Beckley, WV!! Always clean and if a machine is down, it is not down long, staff responds quick to get equipment running again! Just an all around great place to workout with all the options available!

Great atmosphere for an all around perfect workout with no distractions,or judgements from anyone.... Equipment very clean,and in awesome mechanical shape to enhance the entire one hour experience,not to mention a great variety of current and classic cuts of music to listen to......

The workers are nice. They do have a main cable machine that’s been out of order for the entire month I’ve been here. Don’t know what that’s about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big variety of machines to choose from. Machines wiped down after each use. Clean bathrooms and the gym is kept clean.

I love working out here, staff are friendly and fun, always willing to help me! The equipment is great and I always see them cleaning up the machines so I know they are clean! Only complain I’d have is a lack of free weights/ smith machines but that is a corporate issue and nothing to due with staff or location.

The staff is always super chill! They greet you by name and make you feel like you belong. Other members start to feel like family, making it a true home away from home.

I’ve been going to Planet Fitness in Beckley, WV for about a year, and I really like how easy everything is to use, how many options there are, how clean the equipment and space always is, and how friendly the staff is.

Shower and changing room are dirty. There is just 1 changing room for 3 shower. . Trash for personal items is dirty too. Shower temperature and water pressure are good.

This is a pretty good place to work out, with many exercise options to choose from, whether it's cardio or strength training. They also have several different tanning options as well as massage chairs and lounges. It's usually pretty clean but lately, not so much.

Friendly staff and for my experience in gyms it has a good atmosphere about it with other members being conscious or there surroundings and making sure to ask if you're still using a piece of equipment rather then slipping in and stealing it from you
