I am sorry to say but this is the worst place ever to get your nails done. Especially by someone that is a beginner. Will Michaelynn I don't know where you got your license to do nails but you need more schooling for this. Some people may be happy with your work but your a total rip off. And you know what I mean. I do not recommend anyone to go here to get your nails done. Only if you want her to use a sharpie for your nails.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!… I wouldn’t suggest this to anyone. I waited 4hours for Michael Lynn. I asked for acrylic with designs. The acrylic wasn’t evened out, it was sloppy. She would mess up and redo it again and again, the fact that you could see that she messed up. The nail polish was not coated enough. You could see through it and looks done by a 3rd grader. She says it looks nice but I don’t know what she was looking it. Worst nail salon I ever been to. Please don’t waste your money. I paid $90 and this experience left me depressed and devastated. 😭😭😭

I just love this place, I have been going to Lacey since 2014, and sometimes i see Jaime when Lacey is unavailable. Professionalism is teamwork!!! They care about what the client needs, I like how I can see either one without competition. They are by far the most talented hair stylist around. I look fabulous!!! This place is a must. Because they are professional make an appointment. When you leave you leave feeling beautiful 😍

A++ for Patrice! She did an amazing job on cut, color, and style and I am not easy to please with my hair. Traveling in an RV makes it hard to keep up with hair. Patrice gave me a perfect refresher as I was extremely overdue. It's hard to find a stylist to properly manage natural curly super long hair. Patrice tackled it like a pro and left me with a wonderful new do and not one color stain anywhere considering the length of my hair usually makes it hard to keep from getting it everywhere. She explained every step of the process and confirmed her recommendations were acceptable to move forward. She also took her time and did not make me feel rushed. For you Rvers, if you are traveling through Arizona, make a stop in Winslow and see Patrice. She's also a fellow RVer. Salon was easy to find, clean, and professional. Staff was friendly and gave several recommendations on to do's in the area. Highly recommend the salon and Patrice! They also do nails/pedicures if you need to add that on as well.

I left a message on May 10th asking for a haircut appointment at Pistols & Pearls. I finally got a return phone call on June 9th, almost ONE MONTH later! This is very unprofessional and really made me feel like they don't want my business. I won't use them for my hair needs based on this experience alone.

Patrice did a fabulous job on my hair. She was able to get me in the same day I called. Patrice listened to my requests, followed my instruction but adding her special touch to the style. Final cut was great! I will be going to see her again for many hair cuts to come!

Went in as bushy walk ins...we walked out 100 times cuter after our cut n style. Patrice did an excellent job on 2 very different hair styles. My daughter can't get over how good I look 😍...I've never had such a great stylist 🙌

I did like Pistols & Pearls Salon. The service is good and the employees friendly. I was not completely satisfied with my most recent hair cut and wish they could have trimmed my beard, but I do understand why they couldn't. Thank you for being there for me during this difficult time.

it was my first time coming to this salon to get my nails done and i loved the way they came out but the sad part is that they didn't even last me the whole month like they usually do and i could tell she didn't do correct because they were easy to take off as well. the staff was friendly and professional but had to give 3 stars due to my nails not lasting the whole month like they are supposed to

Lisa took care of my 85 year old Mom. She is cute, funny and engaging while all the time taking care of business. Excellent job on my Mom's nails. She really enjoyed the pampering and a job well done.
