Hannah was so good with my daughter from the very beginning. Taking out her used fairy hair from a Halloween festival, cutting her hair, to braiding her hair and adding more fairy hair. We also had her ears pierced and it went so well it was almost like it didn't even happen. My daughter didn't flinch and the ladies were so AMAZING! I absolutely love this place and all the ladies that work there. I have been taking my son since his first haircut and I wouldn't have it any other way! Many people say it's too expensive but the patience and personalities of these ladies make it well worth the price. I have tried different places but he doesn't respond the same as he does here, it always ends in tears but not with these ladies!!

Lexy always has the utmost patience for my autistic boy who used to love haircuts, but now has issues with the sounds of the razor. She always has such a positive energy and gives great cuts every time. We will always use her for my boy’s (and eventually, girl’s) hair.

Lexy was amazing! Our son has sensory issues with feeling hair on his face and skin during a cut so he remains emotionally upset the entire haircut. However, Lexy was so fast, stayed calm, steady, and reassuring throughout the cut. She also did a great job with the cut despite how our son was less than cooperative! She is amazing and deserves all the praise!

First time trying this place. Went for a haircut and had an appointment, made the mistake of made one for greenville location on accident. Had both children with me but only 1 needed a cut, and there were two workers there and NOBODY was in the place. I was then told that they are fully booked and they could not cut my sons hair. He is very good with haircuts and it would not take much time. They both just starred at me and told me they couldn't cut it. I was in there for 10 minutes and they had no customers they were just sitting there. Very frustrating for a paying customer.

I scheduled an appointment for my niece because the back of her head was matted. She’s extremely tender headed and sensitive to the touch. The ladies took her right in and knew exactly what to do. They were careful and knew the best solution to detangle her hair. My niece walked out with her hair completely detangled with fairy hair and a big smile on her face! There was 4 ladies working on her hair and they got it all done in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this place to take your kids. Best service ever. I’m truly grateful for their help. Thank you ladies!

My daughter has autism and has always had my sister in law cut her hair at our home but sadly she passed away last year. I saw on our local autism Facebook group several people suggest Lexi from pig tails and crew cuts so I decided to book our appointment with her. When we arrived we were lead to a play room so my daughter could play while she waited which was amazing and a huge help. Once it was my daughter’s turn Lexi told her she could pick which ever chair she wanted and she chose the police car. I sat there and watched in amazement as Lexi’s did my daughters hair, my daughter has sensory issues when it comes to her hair but Lexi told her everything she was going to do before she did it and talked with my daughter and she did amazing! My daughter also hand flaps when she’s excited which means she’s not very still but Lexi still did an amazing job!! I couldn’t thank her enough I was terrified that her first hair cut was going to be a disaster and surely end in a melt down but Lexi made the whole process a fun experience! The salon is adorable and is very clean. I think we have found our go to salon for hair cuts! We will definitely be back!!

We went here for my son's first haircut and were really happy with the experience. We've gone back twice when he was getting shaggy and were always able to get an appointment within a few days. They have so many ways to keep kids happy and distracted during the haircut, and we've loved the results. We've booked Lexy for all of his haircuts.

They are super overpriced, was charged $29 and my son was in the chair for his first hair cut for less than 5 min. All I wanted was for his hair to be trimmed, nothing dramatic. Just super overpriced. Also if the owner can see this since I can’t respond, somebody else was only charged $8 that I overheard…. Not cool man, not cool We were not offered a photo, was not told about the keepsake or anything like that. It wasn’t a great experience, the girl that cut my son’s hair just looked pissed the whole time. I just think your place is a rip off

Very rude staff!! This was my first time bringing my one year old here. They told me there is a 5 minute late policy, and we walked in before that. The stylist decided she didn’t want to take us, but instead took someone else who walked in at the same time as us. When I pointed out the time to the receptionist and asked why they wouldn’t take us, she said “the stylist didn’t want to do it”. We will not be back!!!

So so so great with my kids and with me. I loved that I could get my hair cut there too and they did an awesome job fixing what my last stylist did all while my kids played in their play room. Kids didn't want to leave and neither did I haha.
