I believe that this nail salon is great! I love the employees and service given. The bow is a bit cricked but Leah did a great job! I did get cut but no biggie.

I have been to this nail salon 3or 4 times now every other trip has been fantastic. This trip however was not as impressive. The nail tech I had was rough with my fingers and the drill would hit my cuticles quite often. She had difficulty finding satisfactory colors or colors that matched my image. And when I said that I liked a color she would proceed to show me more. I asked for rhinestones she acknowledged my request and said OK. she did not put them on at the end. I told her about her mistake. She removed the topcoat. After she put on the gems, she did not put on another topcoat and said I was done. I asked her about the topcoat and she replied that she did not need to. Every other time I have been at this nail salon and gotten rhinestones they have put on one to two top coats. The nails do not look amazing and I was hoping for better. (Last photo was the reference)

Not a good polish job no time between four coats no dryer used only for gels I am guessing nails ruined before I even got to my car ruined my whole day and now I have to go home and get the nail polish off!!! Otherwise manicure was fine!

I visited with a group of 5. We were all seated quickly and the service was great. It has been weeks and I'm still loving my nails. When we are in town, I will definitely go again.

I went today on this place and I wasn’t happy about my manecure😢. I ask to make a lil thinner my French blue tip but she didn’t do it’s plus she is in a rush it’s because someone is waiting for her table. My husband saw my nails and said it wasn’t properly cleaned.Plus it’s a lil bet to pricey My pedicure was good

Very disappointing experience. We booked ahead of time for a gel manicure and regular pedicure for my SILs wedding. Experience didn’t feel special at all. There is gel cured on my hands. My cuticles are flooded. And the top coat isn’t even properly on my nails. To add to that multiple cuticles were bleeding. How am I to clean up this cured gel on my fingers?

Last time I went I was very disappointed from usual gal- she seemed to be pushed to go faster - lady kept walking by watching girls- also put my shoes on immediately- of course not dry & my big toe was smeared when I looked at it at home - will give it one more chance then looking elsewhere

Got pedicures here and the entire process was rushed. The polish was blotchy and messy. Not sure why this salon is rated so highly. Quite unfortunate and disappointing. Not worth the price at all. I'm also questioning how cheap the polish is. I know it's regular polish but it should stay on at least a day. My polish and my mother's came off before the day ended even with us being extra careful. Additionally, I have polish around my toes and my mother has a streak on her foot, which comes to show how rushed and messy our experience was. I wish we had a better time, so sadly we won't be returning. Edit: Added two stars back because of the prompt customer service and willingness to help remedy the issue.

I got a gel pedicure, it turned out excellent, the color they recommended is perfect. This will be my new go to, super sweet staff, extremely clean, and attention to detail. Taking my daughter next time!! Pro tip: book online!

This was my first time going to Pierpont Nails. I was very impressed with my pedicure and builder gel nails. They explained the builder nails, which would work better on my nails and they look great… thanks Kelly for doing a good job! My toes were done by Christine and she was fabulous!!! She took so much time to make sure they were perfect and did a wonderful massage. I will definitely return and ask for those ladies again! Thanks!!

This was my second time coming here after loving my first set of acrylics from this location. John was my nail tech and was very rushed and rough through the whole process. I asked him to fix the french tip to be a bit more neat and thin, which he kept audibly sighing loud after I gave him the feedback. First time I came here the girl was genuinely pleasant, offered me water, and did a phenomenal job (I unfortunately didn’t get her name)- none of that was the same with John. Hopefully management here can give ALL employees the proper training to provide quality sets as well as a positive customer experience.

Wonderful experience. Needed a last minute gel pedicure. They were very receptive to me wanting a few adjustments to my toes. And then I decided I wanted a different color after I had already picked one and they were super nice with the change. The space is very clean, and the environment and nail artists and welcoming. I’ve been to a lot of different spots and this space was one of the best in Ventura county.

I had a great pedicure, but unfortunately, the person who did my manicure was not gentle. My cuticles were cut too much and sore from the tools used. Maybe I will go back, but next time tell them no cuticle business. She was very nice, but just in a rush and that is possibly why the manicure was so rough.

Tuesday I came in as a walk in and I had asked if they had time for a walk in and I was told no but rudely by lady at the desk looked me up and down and she proceeded to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment which I did for today @5:00pm. I come in to my appointment today and the woman at the desk asked me what was I there for I said just a manicure and she looked around looked at her book and said they didn’t have an appointment for a manicure. So I kindly asked if they had time for a walk in she looked around once again and looked at her book and said no no no I’m sorry. I just said thank you and walked away. But was upsetting I’m a Mexican woman and I’m not trying to make it a racial issue but all I see is white women getting their nails done both times I was in this shop. I will not be returning and it’s very unfortunate since it’s so close to me. But I will gladly take my business else where. F this place in the most respectful way…

The service here has progressively gotten worse. I scheduled an appointment by calling in on a Wednesday. My appointment was for a 4pm on a Sunday. I drove there to be told I had no appointment. No offer to make things right and I leave town tomorrow. The time before this I waited for 40 minutes. I don't consider this service acceptable. I will find another local spot.

A lovely nail spa, squeaky clean, reasonable prices, comfy chairs, no upselling and great work! I met the owner today and you can tell she really cares. . . it totally shows in her salon. So happy I've now found my Ventura nail place which is amongst the best I've ever experienced!

Pierpont Nails is fabulous! super clean, decorated with local pictures of beach scenes in Ventura. the nail technicians are highly efficient & skilled. they accommodated 5 of us (2 men, 3 women) on Christmas eve & our tootsies are all scoured, massaged, oiled & painted. we all were more than ecstatic with the results! we love our local nail salon! thank you for making us feel relaxed & beautiful! our male family members loved the attention & the colors! way out of their comfort zone. now they are hooked!

Receptionist with short hair and glasses is completely incompetent and extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me for simply asking to make an appointment. She needs to be fired. Will never step foot here again despite the fact that the pedi was halfway decent. This happened last week.

I got a new full set of acrylic nails done by leah, a couple of my nails are crooked, all my nails have air bubbles in them the French tips on nails that she hand painted are crooked and not straight. I would not go back there after my experience. she was unable to communicate so I was unable to voice my concerns with her as she was unable to understand english.
