i did a walk in last min they charged me 150 dollars when i left i run out because my eyes where burning i taught the feeling would go away because i couldn’t take the pain no more i put makeup remover started taking off the lashes im not allergic to any glue i’ve only had a problem there not only that the glue ripped my natural lashes off

I started having trouble with my feet Type ll diabetes and my Dr. suggested I start getting pedicures. I randomly found this spa. I found this place over 8 years ago and have been very satisfied customer ever since, my feet are the healthies they have ever been. Very friendly staff. They make you feel welcome. Nancy gives the best Pedicures.

It is hands down the best massage I’ve ever had 🙌🏻 They only use the best products that are effective, safe and healthy for you and your skin. Had a Brazilian schedule appointment and waited for an hour+. I only get a hour The door to one of the waxing rooms wouldn't stay shut but yet they still had someone in there. Kids running around. She used the worst wax ever. Extremely painful. I found random piece of wax on my legs and what not. Didn't clean up well.

I have been going to Nancy for about 3 years now to get my eyelashes done. I first noticed them on a friend and loved how natural they looked on her so I decided to give Nancy a try and I haven't regretted it since then! Her work: It is impeccable, she listens to what my wants are and fulfills my dreams! I initially came in just wanting regular eyelash extensions and then eventually I wanted the cat eye look and she nailed it on both of these looks. I used to get eyelash extensions that would take 2 hours and my eyes are so sensitive they would be so red after I got them done to the point where I couldn't wear my contacts because it hurt so bad! Nancy is so quick and efficient and I love that I'm usually out of there under an hour so I definitely have time to stop by and get a quick fill. My lashes can last me for 2-3 weeks before I'm starting to notice it needs some TLC, but even then I've had strangers compliment my lashes during their last stretch before a fill. I have had very few experiences where my extensions would fall out after a couple days but I let Nancy know and she made it right and I would still never go anywhere else. Scheduling: Nancy always accommodates my schedule and at times I'm able to see her the day of, which is very convenient for my fluctuating schedule! I text her the day before or the day of and she gets back to me right away, I'm never stressing out about having my lashes on point for a special day. Prices: Her prices are very competitive, I usually pay 40$ + tip for a fill and I believe her full set for new clients are around 80$ which is such a great steal! Plus, if you subscribe to Piel Bella Day Spa mailing list they usually send out a coupon once a month for their services which is even better! I've had multiple strangers ask me where I get my eyelashes done at, demanding for Nancy's number or tell me that my eyelashes are amazingly long and gorgeous and I have to break it to them that they're extensions but I love that people think that they are natural! Her staff is always very sweet and professional and her husband even offered my daughter some hot chocolate while she waited for me to get my eyelashes filled, it was so sweet! I highly recommend Nancy!

I went here on 3 different occasions for waxing, and only had a good experience once. They were very late for 2 of the 3 appointments; the last time I went the doors were actually locked and I had to text to ask where they were. I waited in my car for 30 minutes for them to show up. The only apology they offered was a half-hearted, "sorry, I'm always late." They also overcharged me badly. I went in because they sent me a deal for "bikini AND underarm wax for $20." After they finished and I went to pay, though, she told me it was $40 total, $20 for each service, not both. This is total garbage, though. According to their own website, the regular price for a bikini wax is $25 and the regular price for underarm is $15... a total of $40. So I paid full price for sub-par waxing and VERY late service. With all the other salons out there, I don't recommend this place, but if for some reason you do decide to go here, ask for Victoria as she was actually good. The person who waxed me the other 2 times left behind quite a bit of hair and even lots of wax on one occasion.

My daughter and I had a hot rock massage. They squeezed us in for a double massage with less than an hours notice since we were from out of town and our schedule was limited. Price was reasonably, service was wonderful!

this has been the worst experience that I have ever had in my life!!!!!! i was scammed!!! I have been going to Nancy for quite a while now ( i stoped going about 5 weeks ago) she tricked me and played me off for my money. I got my lashes done by her plus I would go in and get a few other services once in a while but I mainly only saw her for my lashes I am sick of the service that I received from her I am disgusted that she used me for my money she lied to me and told me things that were not true about my eyelashes. there for now I permanently lost my lashes and I can't even get them back my real lashes are not on my island anymore all because Nancy lied to me and decided to throw a whole bunch of glue on my real lashes eveytime i went it which caused my lashes to fall off . i am now paying out of pocket seeing a specialist to try to get them to grow back. i should of realized something was not right when I had to come back to get the eyelash fill 7 to 8 times a month i paid her so much and believed her every time she would tell me that this was good form me and no one does lashes like she does . she also keep changing and bumping her prices on me because she saw that i was a picky person about how i looked and i wanted them done. never will she get any of my referrals or service again. I'm actually thinking about beginning a lawsuit on this to be honest but I am waiting to see what will happen with this new specialist that I am seeing the doctor stated that it might take at least 3 to 5 years for my real lashes to grow back again if they are able to do anything about it. there's two other Mexican girls that work there and all they do is come in and interrupt my service well I'm getting my lashes done and talk in Spanish about me and all Nancy does is talk about her marriage and how her marriage falling apart because her husband all he does is complain about his back and about his pain he is in like Nancy I really don't care about your personal issues if you need a counselor you're more than welcome to go book an appointment with one I mean you have all the money you make just scamming people to get services that were not even worth it because at the end of it they're going to end up losing rather than gaining off your services and I just want to let you know that I really don't respect the fact that you lied to me about the services and made me get them and when I wasn't satisfied I told you and you ignored it and I told you that you werechanging prices differently every time I would get a service services they the same price why would you change prices? services are like a phone bill if you're getting the same service each month why are you changing the price wise the price difference each month? I will be calling public-health soon and hopefully they will give me a resolution to this because obviously she is not and her husband is busy at the new restaurant that they bought with the money that they are making scamming people but I will make sure and I will try to make sure that this does not happen to anybody else I'll keep you guys updated! respond : well Miss Nancy it's called a user name for an example just like your name is Nancy and you hab your business name on here my name should no concern you as to i will not appreciate getting harassed! you should know exactly who i am i've discusses this with you before i left and stoped conning to the salon after i showed you my eyelids. and told you how the massage supplies you used made my back turn red .before this issue i was your client for almost 3 1/2 years nancy! Thanks !
