This is the best salon in town. Cindy is the absolute best hair stylist around, and it's well worth the cost for any and all services. I've been going here for years, and I've never had a bad cut. The wash room is the best, and the storefront is clean, orderly, and comfortable. The store is accessible, and there is accessible parking close by.

Cindy, the owner, knows what she's doing. I've been a client for more than 10 years. She does her homework and stays up to date, teaching her staff all she knows. It's a trip to the shop and every time, I am reminded of why I drive to another county for her hair cuts. If you need touch up constantly because it grows out and loses form or color, come here and pay a little extra to have your hair almost look better months later than it did day of! She knows her craft. Photos help! Pick a style and she can give you a quote and her help.

Great staff who all know what they're doing. I have very curly hair and have always been wary of salons and barbers at the risk of messing up my hair. Cindy, the owner, gave me my cut and I was in love. She gave me something I wouldn't normally ask for, and was very kind to me. I recommend going on for the full wash/cut/blow-dry because that scalp massage you get during your wash is pure heaven. Dry cuts start at $45 and full wash & cut is $60. Worth it. All the girls are extremely sweet and great to talk to. No awkward silences here.

I feel so bad, because I feel that I can't really give a fair rating on this place. I didn't actually get my hair done, but I did come in for a quote on my hair. This is what went down (very lengthy review): Now. My hair was shoulder length and very faded blue (it was bleached and dyed 7 months ago with no other modifications to it) with about 3" of dark brown roots. When I called, we (I can't remember her name, the one I was going to get my hair done by) went back and forth for about half an hour (I would call, she took 10 minutes to call back, then we texted, she took another 10 minutes to get back to me, then after another 10 minutes of waiting for her response) we finally decided on an appointment. I come in, she's extremely friendly and explains to me the exact process she's going to do on my hair: bleaching my roots, toning, coloring, deep conditioning, etc. Alot of work. Unfortunately, the whole process for my hair would be around $350. For bleaching my roots (not my whole head of hair, just roots) and redying hair that was already once dyed blue into a darker blue. Let that sink in. $350. I do understand that the process is not only long and is quite difficult with dark hair, but this was only bleaching roots and redying shoulder-length hair, along with a trim. While she seemed extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to keep my hair healthy through the process and how to get the best color, the price is absolutely INSANE. I read from other reviews that this place overcharges, but I didn't know how bad that actually was. Again, very nice, very kind, but it was way too much out of my budget. After kindly declining their service and thanking her for her time, I went elsewhere and actually found a place much closer to my house that cost less than A THIRD of the price for wonderful quality. Yes, what you pay is what you get, and I'm sure the quality of her work would have been stunning, but for that price? That's literally almost half my rent right there. It's way too much. Again, very kind and very knowledgeable, but the price was way too high.

Do not go to this place they are a rip off I spent $300 on highlights and color correction and my hair came out with brassy orange highlights. Then I went to a regular salon and and it came out how I wanted for way less money.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Cindy, the owner, was the worst. She was arrogant and outright rude. I went in there on a referral as "she is the best& does bridal expos, yada da da". This was for my bride hair trial, supposed to be a fun experience right? WRONG! I will admit to showing up a whopping 5 mins late as that will be important later. I showed her the photo I wanted and as she was doing my hair, it was apparent she needed to see it again as there were NO similarities to what I wanted! She rejected the idea and scoffed at the thought. Well here comes the end, it looked like a f***ing mullet with tight curls! She assured me she would practice on her doll and send me pics. Two weeks later, I text her- no response. UNPROFESSIONAL ! Her excuse to the referrring customer was she was out of town& she was sorry I was unhappy but her clients aren't late and she can't do a style when pressed for time. BULL! I just left my 3rd trial and this girl not only perfectly matched the photo but did so in 45 mins. A refund can't take back the tears I left with after having Cindy do my hair. DO NOT GO TO HER! Namesake is everything; Cindy, if you do read these reviews to inflate your ego more- understand, your name and my mouth do not tango well at all. -pissed off future bride

Picasso hair salon is the best. My hair was damage, over process and I knew I need it to go with someone professional to fix and do a great job with my hair. I was pampered by Cynthia! She created the most beautiful job with my hair, color and hair cut. Cynthia really listened to what I wanted and even took the time to take care of my hair. I was there for couple hours I felt totally confident in her abilities, I was so happy with the final result!! I have received a lot of compliments. The salon is clean, hip and pretty. I paid attention to the other stylists and the work they were doing for other clients and I saw some beautiful things being done. Seems like a great team of stylists! I highly recommend this salon!!....

Love this place I moved to inland Empire looking for a good hair studio after doing my research I decided to try Picasso's and I'm so glad I did! I loved the atmosphere and the private spa to relax while getting my hair washed! Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable! I found my new hair salon!

The owner of the salon is super amazing! My hair was a hot mess anad I called on a Monday when they were closed and she was nice enough to return my call so I could make an appointment with her on Wednesday. She is very enthusiastic about her job and does great color balancing/color correction. I highly recommend Cindy for doing your hair. The salon is very friendly and inviting. Quality work and affordable prices. THANK YOU!!!
