I recently got my nails and toes (french tips) done here with Ms. Julie and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. She pays such close attention to detail and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. We spent a few hours together in total and I left extremely happy with my results. I will be back and looking to continue services from her! Thank you Ms. Julie!!

The services are amazing, you guys just have to switch the name on your Brazilian wax, Brazilians don’t do like that. But in general they have nice price for amazing job

Rosy and Julie are the best! They stayed 2 hours after after the store was closed to get my mom’s and I nails and toes done! They weren’t rushing either! We also got our eyebrows done and they did a good job as well! Definitely coming back again!!

Avoid getting Julie as your tech! She's very abrasive and rough. During my pedicure she snatched my feet around and yanked the towel out from underneath my feet. During my manicure, she cut my cuticles twice and left me with a bad burn on my finger - pictures below. I called to speak to a manager and send these photos and all they said was we'll talk to Julie.

This is my favorite nail salon, I won't go anywhere else in Gainesville. I see Mike for his amazing pedicure skills and how meticulous he is making sure it all looks perfect especially if i splurge and get gel with a design on my toes. We have great conversations as well. I see his wife to get my eyebrows waxed and she does a great job. I cant speak for the manicures as i dont get them but im sure theyre just as nice. The service here is top notch and there's even a bar you can sit at to have a drink or they can bring you a drink as you get services done. Definitely give this place a try. It's a bit pricier than most places but you get what you pay for.

This place was run inefficiently. There was staff available that should have done my nails and toes at the same time so I wasn’t there 2+ hours for no good reason. There are a ton of hidden fees. It’s not customary to charge for tips, file down, removal of prior dip, or the wine. But if you do. Have for these it should be explained so it’s not a surprise at check out.

I had Julie for the first time and she was amazing! Super sweet and did not mind me changing my mind a couple of times about the color and shape of my nails. I was a walk in and they got me seated so quickly despite being busy. I got a glass of moscato while getting my pedicure done and it was great, super relaxing experience

I never leave reviews of places but dang. I got my nails done 5 days ago, I got dip done. They already chipped on 2 different nails. Plus I don’t think they got filed smooth enough before the clear coat, so there are white specks in the dark color that are visible. Also don’t expect to walk in and wait less than 45 minutes, just make the appointment. Not very happy with my experience.

I usually do not write reviews but felt like I needed to for this. I wanted to try a new nail place so I came here, got my nails done gel on my regular natural nail and the next day my nails started chipping. A couple days went by and all of my nails just fell off and cracked in half and were bleeding and in pain. I came back to the salon and asked them to fix them or refund me and they said they can’t do either because it’s “my nails”. So I asked them to please just remove the rest of the polish because they looked absolutely horrible and they said we can’t do that either that I could pay $15. Absolutely unbelievable after spending $45 on my nails. They are very rude and do not care about their customers.

WORST place ever. Lack of care for client nails. Run if you can! I asked for dip nails and Cindy gave me a fill. I noted to her that I saw that a couple of my nails are lifting and I wanted a new dip set , she ignored my request and then proceeded with the fill. Terrible job because within a week and half my nail fell off so I came for a repair and decided to get new set. She soaks nails and I see I have “green” nails! She told me did I hit my hand as if blaming me for it! She CAUSED me to get a green fungus on my nails due to her negligence and terrible technique and probably dirty tools. She THEN proceeded to “cover it up” saying it was fine and I picked a color that didn’t cover it well and she said “Next time to make my life easier, choose a different color”. EXTREMELY RUDE. Now my nails are ruined cause of this place . I’ve heard from other friends, that have also gotten a fungus from them! I had to get them removed immediately. NEVER GOING BACK.

I had high hopes for this establishment based on positive reviews, but my recent experience was disappointing. I visited this afternoon to have my set removed, and after I arrived, another client walked in needing both a removal and a new set. The receptionist informed me that they were busy and suggested I come back Monday. The other client heard this and inquired about wait times, and the receptionist told her that there was no wait and they could assist her immediately. This felt confusing and unfair, especially since I had been there first and was only seeking a removal. The other client graciously offered to let me go first, but the receptionist insisted on following their "policy." (They prefer clients that require more services). Ultimately, both of us left, feeling undervalued due to this unfair treatment. I won’t be returning, and the other client informed me that she felt the same way and won’t be returning either. Disappointing service that didn’t reflect the good reviews I had heard.

My first time here. I read reviews and found several that recommended Milan so I booked with her. I agree with those reviews. I will definitely come back and see her again. My only complaint would be that the glass of wine I had was stale. I think the bottle had been opened for awhile.

Nails were beautiful but didn't last up to a week. I sent an email asking when to come in to replace the ones that came off by day 3 but I never got a response. I paid for manicure, extension, and deluxe pedicure. For the manicure, I was only given the extension. No steaming, nothing.
