I totally recommend phenomenal beauty salon! They hooked me up! Mrs.Eboni washed and silk pressed my hair in a hour and thirty mins. It was straight and soft. She even gave me feedback on what I should do to help maintain my curls! I’m so happy for this place and I would definitely come again!!!!

Eboni was so great. I haven’t been to a stylist since February before COVID & knew my hair was in need of some tlc. She explained all the products she was using & why she personally recommends them & reassured me that my hair would be healthy again with routine maintenance and love. My hair feels so soft & it’s so bouncy. Will definitely be going to her every 6 weeks to keep on top of my trims & continue to grow healthy hair.

I've been seeing Eboni for over a year now and she not only creates beautiful styles, but she really takes such good care of your hair. I’ve been going to Eboni for just a little over a year and I don’t believe there is enough superlatives available to describe how awesome she is. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair, hair products and then some. I’ve never had her rush through an appointment she takes her time as if your her one and only client. I appreciate that the most! I’ve recently moved and I travel back to Denver just to go to her. I know I am receiving quality professional work done with natural hair products.

Rude service. I was running 10 minutes late. Had trouble finding the place. It's in the basement of a residential high rise. She left before I got there and when I reached her by phone I got a rude response.

Very pleased! She was accommodating and professional from the very beginning. She's concerned with the health of the hair and not just the style. She was prompt and maximized time by doing both of my daughters' hair simultaneously. She did a trim and cut only what was needed. She did a magnificent job with their hair (silk press)! Their hair has never been so smooth. The value is excellent! Can't say enough. We will definitely recommend and return.

I am writing to you to express the dangers and risks of hair services conducted by Eboni Washington. Although I had been receiving services from her for the last year and a half, the last service I received left my hair severely damaged. My new stylist, one who has an in-depth of knowledge of hair structure and chemistry, suspects that Eboni may have completed a chemical service without my authorization and/or my hair is severely heat damaged. She suspects the former more than the latter i.e. an express keratin treatment. I had been performing my own flat iron services for a while. However, I decided to book an appointment with Eboni for a prosaic treatment. In this case, I booked a blowout, deep condition, trim and flat iron. When I arrived at Eboni’s salon, my hair had dense, healthy coils, as I have had for quite some time. This is not how I left… Eboni chose to use marcel irons on my hair, and Heaven knows what else, which severely damaged my hair. My edges were thinner and my hair was much straighter than it had ever been. The first time I shampooed my hair after the service I received from Eboni, which was two weeks later, I noticed that my hair took an exceedingly long time to revert to its natural state, the dense coils. I shampooed my hair with As I Am Coconut cleanser multiple times in an attempt to return my hair to its natural state. The smell of my hair was disturbing. It reeked of chemicals and smelled burned. I have not flat ironed my hair above 375 degrees or used unnatural products for years. Thus, none of the products I have would produce such an odor. To my dismay, when I looked in the mirror while shampooing, the front of my hair was completely straight, unable to revert. A section in the back is in the same state of disrepair. The rest of my curls are much looser than they were before I received a service with Eboni. Upon receiving services yesterday from a different stylist, she suggested a treatment, Olaplex, to repair the disulfide bonds damaged by Eboni’s recklessness, irresponsibility, negligence, wanton disregard, carelessness, sloppiness, disrespect, impudence and unprofessionalism. My friends and I debated about whether or not I should write this review. My sister suggested that I give Eboni the opportunity to correct the situation. I took this advice. To my disdain, Eboni responded in text messages the length of a doctoral dissertation suggesting that I damaged my own hair and the state of my hair is of my own doing. I have cleaned up her language considerably. The text messages she sent were not indicative of a professional, or even of a dignified young woman. They were replete with insults and, as a grammar stickler I must point out, grammatical errors. Furthermore, they were lies. As stated previously, I never flat iron my hair to the point of damage nor would I tangentially consider chemically altering my hair. Those who desire to maintain their natural, healthy coils and curls will be well advised to book hair services elsewhere.
