Hey everyone, This location is amazing for renting. The owner Melissa is so kind and friendly. The space is kept very clean, decorated for each season and safe. The property has a greeter during business hours and the door is always locked afterwards. The other business owners on site are very warm and welcoming. 100% recommend starting your business or expanding your business here.

I’ve been renting a suite at this Phenix location and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The manager has been so helpful and quick to get back to me if I ever need anything, the front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful as well and the building itself is beautiful. My clients all love the building and the parking is a huge plus! And all of the other tenants have been welcoming and are so talented in their individual crafts/trades. Could not recommend this Phenix Salon Suites location more!

Been renting a suite from the Phenix salon in Lindenhurst I love it here it’s very comfortable every one is so nice it’s very clean and my clients are very impressed when they walk in I highly recommend if someone is looking to rent a suite Phenix salon is the place to go .**** Aura hydro head spa .

I’ve been renting a suite here for about a year and a half now and I’m so happy I decided to take the leap for myself and my tattoo business. All the shared areas are kept nice and clean, there’s thermostats in each room, and I was able to decorate 100% to my taste. And on a more important note, all my clients love the privacy!

I've been renting a suite here as a tattooer since December 2022 and it's been the most pleasant experience! I love the space I've been able to create here, and my clients always have positive things to say about the building. It's been lovely receiving so much positive feedback from clients about the space. Being able to offer a completely private space has been of optimal importance for me, and I've found that I've been able to curate a more intimate and easeful experience here for clients.

I’ve been renting at Phenix for a year and half now and I absolutely love it. We have 24/7 access, fully stocked laundry and break room. The whole place is always kept very clean and presentable. My favorite thing about renting a suite at Phenix is all the suites are completely customizable, you can paint, decorate however you’d like, hang up shelves, signs etc. which was super important to me, it really makes the space your own! Our landlord Melissa is great and helps us with whatever we need! I highly recommend renting a suite here!

This is a very nice professional establishment. The owners are very nice and attentive to their tenants needs. I am pleased to do business with them for over 3 yrs. Melissa is a doll. If you are looking to step out on your own. This is a nice establishment.

Ive been renting a suite at Phenix now for a year & its been an awesome experience. The whole space is kept modern & very clean. All of my clients always mention how nice & professional it feels there. If I ever have a problem, it always gets solved ASAP. Our landlord Melissa is a great landlord & person as well. She's always available, always looking for ways to help, she goes above & beyond for everyone. I also enjoy the warm community environment that we have at Phenix. All the tenants are really friendly & respectful. I wouldnt want to have my practice (Kokoro Holistic Wellness) anywhere else. Its an awesome space to run your business.

I'm loving my second home . I was blown away by how much they do for us Tennants The bathrooms always clean. , laundry room fully stocked,always smells good and well maintained. I think I will happily retire here Stress and drama free , my clients are as happy as I am.

Phenix Salon Suites has one of the best COVID procedures on the island. I felt safe from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The space is beautiful and most importantly CLEAN! There’s hand sanitizer available at all times! The team at Phenix is working hard and looking good while keeping their salon squeaky clean! Definitely cannot wait to go back and book my next experience with them!

Branching off and owning my own salon suite has always been a big fear of mine. By chance because of the pits and falls of working for other salons I decided to take a tour at Phenix. I couldn't resist after meeting with the owner's and seeing the suites to get one of my own. This was one of the best decision I ever made and the owner's offer tons of help in marketing/setting up etc. Hair by Jen Co. is still new but what's great it's my own and I can decorate it or change it however I like.

Launching my business,Suite Melissa inside of this Phenix location has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.I finally have the perfect place to provide personal one-on-one attention to each guest in a beautiful, professional suite. My clientele has been so impressed by the new space. I am so happy with the positive environment and the buzz of ambition and success! The support and encouragement from Phenix management and staff has been nothing short of incredible. My salon, Rebel Hair Lounge, has been a tenant at this location since August and it has been a wonderful experience! It can be a scary thing to work independently, but the owners and reception staff have been nothing but supportive and encouraging as my business is growing. They want to help you succeed! My clients also love the atmosphere and one-on-one experience of getting pampered in a quiet suite, as opposed to a loud salon where multiple people are servicing you. They always keep the common areas very clean and it’s decorated so nicely for all of the holidays. I look forward to continuing to build my business at this location.

What an amazing place to have a suite at! It’s GORGEOUS, clean and every single person who rents here has the others back. So refreshing to be able to collaborate with an awesome group of people. My Reiki Suite was freshly painted , I have my own temperature control , sink and work station. Bathrooms are beautiful, laundry room provided as well as a break room . Blessed to be able to call Phenix home .
