Horrible experience with delaney at simply wild beauty. Extremely rude and unprofessional! Please stay away! I had to walk out of my appointment with how rude and unprofessional she was. Horrible service.

I've been to this location a couple times due to Groupons I've gotten through the years. I like the concept a lot and it's conveniently located for me. An added plus is that I was able to get a massage on a Sunday with Transcend Beauty which was also a Groupon but I've been going there for a year now and I really enjoy the massages and the atmosphere. Had the same massage therapist the whole time and she's always so polite and receptive to what my needs are. I highly recommend.

Men's bathroom was without soap for a month, (technically there was soap but the dispenser is automatic and non functional). They need to better manage that. The bathroom itself is very clean.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Nikki! Our 2 year old is no picnic when it comes to haircuts and our expectations are always exceeded by Nikki's patience and haircutting skills! If he's particularly difficult that day, she never has an issue with us bringing him back. We moved here a year ago and tried 3 different places before we found her and I wouldn't want to take him to anyone else! @FunCutz
