Very Good Location for someone starting a business or someone who already has a business like myself. I went to phenix to inquire about a suite m. I actually liked the suite itself and the location, however they are running specials on social media advertising start now you get $100 off for 12 weeks plus your 1st and 2nd week free but they aren’t honoring the advertisement deal the lady who gave me a tour said that special was for June, however the advertisement does not state that so with that’s being said I’m still on the hunt for a salon suite. The false advertisement is not okay and when I mentioned it to the lady I was corresponding with via text the next day after touring that the add is still being ran on social media platforms she basically said she didn’t hear my full message she only heard the part where I stated I’ve decided not to join phenix

Great location for those needing a small area for a business. The fact that the doors are controlled from the inside prevents people from entering unexpectedly.
