Very rude lack customer service skills are very trashy I've asked multiple times to please place their trash inside the trash can and it yet it's been thrown and scattered across the back side of the parking lot they allow there clients to dump trash n tires n furniture behind my property and when confronted about it they have a very nonchalant attitude

I haven't been to a place so ghetto, unpleasant and unprofessional in years, until today. I was scheduled for 10:00 am to get French braids. By 10:45 no braids, because the braiders didn't show up. I simply left! I will never step foot in this hood spot ever again. Macon do better!

I was here a few days ago and this is the dirtiest place I ever seen. My stylist was on the phone most of the time talking crazy, the young girl washed my hair half washed it and the environment is ghetto . I will not return and whoever gave them 4 or 5 stars probably work there! Nothing great about this salon but the ones who braid hair. My Bob was a hot mess! Glue and sew in don't mix!

Awful !! Very rude the whole staff and shop was nasty!!!!
