I love it here! It’s very relaxing and quiet. This is definitely my escape from reality and stress. I feel refresh and calm afterwards. The saunas, showers, and rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m glad I signed up to be a member and I look forward to going to every session I booked.

This place is fantastic! Highly recommend. I signed up for the introductory session yesterday and felt so relaxed from that first session, I was ready to sign up for a membership! The sauna rooms are very spacious and private. Everything was so clean. I really like the chilled eucalyptus towel, very refreshing at the end of the session and it smells so nice! The staff was very friendly, thank you Cynthia for the tour!

What an amazing experience ! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facility is so clean and very well managed. The way it makes you feel is absolutely worth the time and the money . I myself signed up for the unlimited subscription. You can go as many times as you want ! And you’re going to want to do this as much as you can . After completing the Santa Clarita half marathon, I visited this place on a Saturday for some post-run recovery, and it turned out to be the best decision. The exceptional customer service not only made us feel at home but also made us feel like we were stepping into our own personal sanctuary. It's a truly VIP experience. We were so impressed that we decided to become members and are eagerly looking forward to our future visits. I can't recommend this place enough for your well-being.

My sweat session at Perspire was a positive one. The facility was nice and clean and the rooms were so cozy. I had the opportunity to watch a show/movie or listen to music. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to add to their health and wellness journey.

Perspire Sauna is an amazing place to try. The place is so clean and the environment is so relaxing. The eucalyptus wet towel at the end of my sauna session was an amazing touch. It smells so good and it feels so nice on my body. I’m definitely becoming a member.

Perspire in Valencia is a zen haven!! I leave so relaxed that I feel I’m floating on a cloud. Sno shower is invigorating and gets my blood pumping!! Sessions helping with muscle recovery post workouts!!
