Emalei was very sweet, knowledgeable about the sauna and personable. While the facility was clean, the actual sauna could be cleaner- the area where the heat comes out was pretty dusty.

It's a cool place. Just a warning, make sure you use your sessions. If you don't use them, they do have an expiration date.

What a day today I really relax here. The girl name Calla on reception was so humble and welcoming give me all kind of detail I was asking love this place as it is clean&calming. Wonderfull place to relax your self....

I have a membership, and my visits have always been great. It's easy to communicate with the studio via text. I book online using the app, which is great. I also always make sure they know I'm coming so if there's ever a problem, both sides will know before I arrive. It's simple stuff. The studio is clean. And if needed, you can add a friend or family member to your own room for $20. And it’s conveniently done online, too. The staff is friendly. Perfect location.

We have never had anything but a great experience. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean. I definitely feel like going here regularly has helped me feel less lethargic and my wife says it makes her skin glow.

Bought the unlimited membership and have fallen in love with my daily sauna session! The staff is clearly well-trained and they run a seamless business here.

Perspire San Clemente is great! If you haven’t tried it I highly recommend it. Kayla always goes above and beyond to help find me book a session at the last moment of possible.

The owner Maria is absolutely rude and does not know the meaning of customer service I was ripped off after purchasing a gift certificate of multiple packages after being told that they do not expire and can be used at any of the locations they owned. Very poor business practices. I have also heard that the saunas are not completely wood on the inside, and that the floors are made of plastic- which gives off fumes when it heats up. So glad that I won't be coming to use these facilities anymore I'm worried that it could've had some long-term negative effects on my health.

What a filthy location. This studio is ran by an incompetent women who in my opinion doesn’t even deserve to the the janitor. Blows my mind. Temp doesn’t even get hot, facility is dirty, they also charge you double before billing dates. Stay away
