I’ve visited this shop about 5 times since moving to Colorado last year. I thought that this would be my go to shop for braids! The previous times there were no issues, but today I went and was very disappointed. My appt was scheduled for 12:45. I got there about 12:30. I understand I was 15min lm early, but the stylist was not going to be done with the customer in front of me in 15min either. I was not greeted when I walked in or given a time frame of when I would be serviced. I am disappointed because I would have appreciated a phone call/ text prior informing me of the delay. I waited 30 min with no communication on when I would be serviced. I left shortly after without getting my hair done and will not be returning and that’s disappointing because Agnes does great work. I just refuse to deal with unprofessionalism and settle just because the work is great. I work hard for my money and where I spend it is very important to me. My time is also valuable as well. I would like to be serviced somewhere where I’m treated as a valuable customer.

I get compliments on my braids all the time! I got waist length knotless. Agnes blended two colors to match my hair color. Braids are not tight. Each braid is Flawless. They still look perfect after almost 8 weeks. If it wasn't for this pesky new growth, I wouldn't take them out! The shop was clean and welcoming. Braiders were nice. We talked and laughed while watching Love is Blind. My hair was not cheap, but great investment for weeks of convenience, quality work many and options for versatile looks.

So glad I found this place. We just moved here & its been a little difficult trying to find a decent braiding place. This is the 1st place I tried & will definitely be back. I brought my kiddos & Awa & Agnes serviced them so well. They were both so very sweet and efficient. Very fair pricing & the quality is what I expected. The salon is super clean & spacious. I will be returning to get my own hair braided soon. Thank you ladies!! :)

Such a great experience. My sister told me about her after we both had separate terrible experiences at another shop. Awa does good work, is professional, kind, and the shop is nice. I recommend her to anyone wanting “perfect braids.”

I give this 5 stars because the owner was extremely nice, and fit me into her busy schedule. I got twist done to my hair and they look very clean and arnt too tight.! I will definitely come back

I have searched far and wide for a good beautician and specifically braider. I found Perfect Braids via Style Seat and wanted to a chance. I was so happy I did!! I absolutely love my hair. She was timely with the minutes represented on her style seat page, she helped me out in choosing the proper hair. and the actual styling was a pleasant (painless) experience! I would highly recommend this place.
