I recently visited The Pearl , and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance was serene and welcoming, the facilities were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Went today to use my gift certificate that I got for Christmas. Overall, I had a very relaxing experience. The staff are very kind and attentive from the front desk staff, to the lady who did my scrub/massage service (Sarah). I'm not going to rehash everything people have already said about the awesome facility - I loved the clay and salt rooms after my massage, and took advantage of the tea and a snack. One thing I wish is that there was more seating to relax around the sauna area to cool down after doing the hot sauna, but I understand there's not a lot of space to put those. There are a couple couches upstairs to sit down on, but it's a bit far to use between sauna jaunts. It's an amazing value for the price anyway, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon

Favorite spa hands down!. I recommend the scrub/massage and always amazed how soft my skin feels when I leave. The hot tub/ cold plunge is perfect for you if your nursing an injury. Love all the extras they provide: snacks, tea, clay and salt rooms, steam sauna and skin and body lotions /creams to use when your done. The ladies working there are always very kind too!

Feel completely renewed after spending 2.5 hours there (including 30 min scrub and 30 min massage). The masseuse (Suzy) was wonderful. Completely worth the price. Clean and quiet facility. Not as large as some Korean spas in NYC, but wonderful service.

Amazing spa experience. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and sweet and the atmosphere is very serene. The scrub and massage left me a new and rejuvenated human being :-) the saunas and Himalayan sea salt and red clay rooms were also highlights. Thank you so much!

I visited the spa for a relaxing experience and came home with significant bruising on my back. I specifically asked the masseuse to reduce the pressure as it was becoming painful. I emailed the spa afterward, hoping they would take the matter seriously and respond, but it has been over a week, and I have yet to hear back. This lack of communication speaks volumes about their regard for customer feedback and well-being.

I've never felt cleaner in my life than after receiving a scrub at Pearl Spa! I went as a first timer, and was kindly taken on a tour and had everything explained prior to the service I booked. It was a wonderful experience, and something I anticipate doing more frequently in the future. Wonderful snacks and amenities, especially the Aveda products on hand for use as you're preparing to leave.

It's taken me almost 3 months to write this review, but feel the responsibility to warn future customers of the potential danger of getting a scrub and using the facilities here. At the beginning of October I got the Honey & Milk special (a scrub and massage combo). It was all great, until I got home and my back started itching that same night. The rash and itchiness intensified over the next few days, and I ended up having to seek medical attention. I was diagnosed with acute folliculitis, and started a skin journey that I am still on today. Pearl Spa returned the money I spent on the service after I showed them my back, though I never recovered the tip I left behind. Please, be really careful when seeking these services! It could cost you in doctor visits and medications.

LOVED THIS SPA!!! Enjoyed a spa day with my best friend and this place gives you such a value on what you pay. It is such a gorgeous place. I got the Pearl Special package for $200 and I felt like I came out a completely new person. You do get completely naked which I think should be embraced as part of the treatment. At first you will feel shy and sheepish about it and after 5 minutes you’ll feel so apathetic to it, and realize there is no reason to feel bad about being naked. Anyway this Spa is saved for every time we visit San Francisco now. Thanks for such a wonderful time ladies.

went for the 24k gold treatment and it was great. this spa is so cute, I’m not going to lie, being naked felt very strange to me but they made you feel really comfortable. My skin is baby soft now, the staff was absolutely so amazing even the cleaning ladies were super sweet when I asked them a question. I loved it here and didn’t feel rushed at all. The massage was a little rough and I didn’t enjoy it too much but I would definitely come back for the scrub and amenities :)

Amazing experience!!!!! This is probably the best body scrub i’ve ever had. The massage and hair wash is also really good! It takes about 5-10 mins to get used to being naked around people. Everyone is really nice so just take time for yourself and relax!

Superb experience in a beautiful, clean, and relaxing experience. Top notch place! You will come away relaxed and renewed - and maybe a bit spacey from letting all your stress go. The spa offers a variety of treatments - scrub, massage - various types - at different amounts of time. Facility includes wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, salt room, clay room, relaxation area, tea, water, snacks, locker room, area to do hair, etc. You are given a magnetic key that is heat and wet resistant so you can put everything in your locker and enjoy the experience. Everything is very clean and there are large air filters. If you are new to the spa, an assistant will give you a tour. Please come prepared with cash to tip your massage therapist. There is a parking structure across the street, metered street parking, and nearby buslines. I don't know if they have an elevator for folks who use mobility devices and can't do stairs (there are stairs inside the building to go up to the salt and clay rooms).

This place is heaven on earth. Definitely come early for your appointment to use the facilities (hot tub, steam room, sauna, clay room, etc). The treatments and staff are incredible. Such a relaxing experience and great place to add as part of a self-care routine. I will definitely be back.

Went here for a Bachlorette party and we liked it a lot! Nice selection of spa settings: hot and cold pools, steam and sauna, but also two beautiful rooms with ambient lighting one with warm stones the other with clay on the second floor! They came and found us for our treatments so that was great too. Snacks and nice hair/ skin products in a room with many mirrors to freshen up. Delicious unlimited tea in one drink dispenser. Everyone was so nice , would for sure come back if I lived here!

This place is all it’s chalked up to be. Very clean, friendly staff. A smaller operation than I am used to, but this boded well for it being less crowded, quiet not noisy. Scrub and massage themselves were average I would say. Technician was very kind to cover genital areas with a towel when she could which I haven’t had before. They were very precise and swift with their movements and steps, which makes me think they are well-practiced! They are very good about communicating about allergies. Lots of amenities and Aveda hair products which was a nice bonus. I’ll be back!

Just went here for the first time. what a hidden gem! this was by far the most unique spa experience yet. staff was great, Suzy was amazing and knew what she was doing. unfortunately I did not get to enjoy the rest of the amenities due to poor time management on my part. i’ll be back again and hope to spend time in the sauna!

What a truly wonderful spa! I came here for a scrub/massage and had a fantastic time. The spa itself is very clean, and has a bunch of fun rooms to explore (spa, salt room, clay ball room, sauna, steam room) I liked the variety of products they had available to try. The scrub was lovely, and my friends all said my skin was glowing afterwards. You really do feel pampered - they shower you off, scrub your hair, wash your body… I felt like a baby 😅 Definitely would return to Pearl Spa!

A great treat. Was given a gift card so I opted for the pearl scrub/massage combo, and loved the hot sauna beforehand! Nice, clean, modern facility. All staff is very nice, and it’s a welcoming / relaxed environment so it wasn’t weird being nude.

My friend and I tried the Pure Bliss treatment, it was very relaxing. Recommend getting there sooner to use their sauna and hot tub services. Great products post treatments too!

This is a super nice place to relax. There is a hot and a cold pool, clay spa, jade spa, salt spa, steam and dry sauna. My favorite is the jade spa which I could merge my legs into the little stones. The scrub was good and the massage was ok. Very clean and cozy with some candies and snacks. Park at the groceries across the street and it’s cheap. Prepare some cash for tips or you can Venmo. And be prepared to be naked in the sauna stuffs lol.
