Skylar was terrific. I love the focus on therapeutic vs. simply relaxation. Meaning she worked hard using cups and stones to work through my areas of concern which have resulted in stress and pain relief in my shoulders and back.

What a great experience! Scott is skilled with knowledge to give you the best relief with a deep tissue massage and cupping. I want to add about the cupping experience; I had 2 rotator cuff surgery's on my left shoulder. I have not been able to extend my arm fully laterally or straight above. Since the cupping I am at full extension! Simply amazing, thank you Scott!

I’ve had LMT therapy massages for decades at various spas, cities (in NY, CT, FL,CA) Vera Wallo, LMT is a knowledgeable professional. She’s an athlete so for me and my knots, trigger points, she has ample strength to get in and release. Uses cupping techniques, deep stretching and good postural advice. Made a large difference for my wellness.

Finding a good masseuse is very difficult. I have had chronic issues with my back most my life and could never get close to even 50% relief. Scott customizes his treatment to suit your needs and he without a doubt is the best masseuse I have gone to. I highly recommend his services.

I had a pain right below the back of my knee, which really hurt when I first started walking after getting up from sitting down. The pain also hurt so much at night that I had a tough time getting to sleep. I called the Peaceful Warriors Wellness Center, and I was able to schedule a massage appointment with Scott for yesterday. Scott said that my problem was probably a contracted hamstring muscle. In addition to massaging the back of my legs, he showed me some exercises to stretch out my hamstring muscle. He also explained how I could find a YouTube video, he had made, describing stretching exercises, which he recommended that I should start doing daily. After yesterday's session and after doing the stretching exercises today, my leg is starting to feel much better.

Since going here, I am better able to adapt and handle the stressors of life, thanks to the therapists, currently Vera’s help at PWWC. 🙏🏽 Peaceful Warriors are always accommodating to my needs, are very professional & have a warm welcoming location. Thank you so very much for the healing! I can honestly say my immune system is better since receiving treatments here. *News flash* our body is better able to fight & prevent infection when it is working optimally and calmly- and since going here the past few years, I haven’t gotten any sicknesses besides the occasional cold, which is becoming less & less severe. AND I am more AWARE when any symptoms or signs of pre-symptoms happen, so I know when to back off my work load & calm the nervous system, which is what we all need to restore & prevent sickness. What a blessing Massage, bodywork, reflexology & stretching has done for me and thousands of others for the past 10+ years that this local family/veteran owned business has been in St. Pete. I highly recommend a massage with Lena. She has an intuitive healing sense in her hands that know where the knots and tightness lie. She can tell from working with your feet and her knowledge of reflexology where your pathologies reside. She includes many modalities in her massage such as cupping, essential oils, and warm stones. You feel so taken care of when you leave and I love the floating on air feeling that stays with me for awhile.

After having a few wonderful 20 minute sessions of neck and shoulder work with Scott at the Saturday Morning Market in St Pete, I made a reflexology appointment at their office. Oh my goodness!! Look nowhere else for Reflexology services in the St Petersburg area! Katherine was fabulous and took the time to ask about my trouble spots with my psoriatic arthritis and applied the perfect pressure during my session! I felt rejuvenated afterwards and already booked my next appointment!

Scott performed what was probably the best massage I have ever had. I instantly felt better and I learned a lot about massage and the body as well. If you are looking for a “spa” experience, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for professional therapeutic massage in a calm, relaxing environment, look no further!
