I was really hoping to like this place since it was recommended and I haven’t found a place I love and continue to go to but sadly I didn’t have a good experience. I came here to get my toes done for a wedding (I’m the maid of honor) and asked for ombré nails.First I will say the girl who did my toes did great on every other aspect of the pedicure except the polish. She redid the nails three times and it ended up looking awful in my opinion (it won’t let me attach photos for some reason or else I would) and I decided to get it redone in just a plain color. When I told her this she did tell me the ombré is just really hard to do. I would’ve preferred her to tell me from the beginning that it’s difficult to do and she doesn’t feel confident in doing it so I could’ve chose something else instead of sitting there for an hour for it just to get redone and then get ruined. I paid $50 for a basic pedicure and literally the next day I got a shower and the polish started coming off! I paid for shellac so I’m assuming it wasn’t cured properly which left me to now do them myself the day of the wedding that I’m in. The other people I was with had better experiences but mine just wasn’t great and it’s upsetting I paid extra for shellac that was ruined and now I have to just do them myself the day of the wedding.

It’s a wonderful place. As soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile. Hazel was great! I am a stroke survivor, Hazel took the time with me & was extremely understanding. I Had a pedicure and she would guide me. She is an absolute angel. The only complaint I have is that an hour after I left, my big toe started throbbing. I looked down & there was blood between my nail and side. On both sides of my one big toe. The dead skin was cut deep & by morning even after I sprayed it with peroxide & put an antibiotic on it, it was swollen, red & hot to the touch. I ended up in the ER to get it checked out because I’m not from here & have my primary 7 hrs away. They stated that the clippers they used probably weren’t sterile. I am terrified of that… being what caused my strokes was a deadly viral infection that was caused by non sterile surgical tools. It took over a month to get back to normal. I don’t blame Hazel. She needs the practice & she is really kind. I just have a fear of having to fight another deadly virus and end up the way I was (Strokes, Coma & Quadriplegic) because it was a fight to get back to where I am now.

Took my daughter with me to Patty’s Nails today- my 7 yr old got a basic manicure & pedicure and I got a manicure. This was our first time there and I was so pleasantly surprised by their service & professionalism! My daughter really enjoyed both services and the nail tech did wonderful with her! Patty did my nails- she is so sweet, and I love the way my nails turned out. I just did basic polish, but she somehow made them look amazing and better than any basic polish I’ve ever gotten at other salons. I’ll post pics!

Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming! Patty even redid my nail for free after I messed it up trying to put my seatbelt on😩 Will definitely be coming back!

I had a pedicure done by Brooklyn Carroll and she did amazing! She was very sweet and I appreciated that she asked if I wanted specific tools used on my feet. Thats very considerate to the customer, unlike other places that just use any and everything on your feet and they don't care how you feel about the tools, so i really appreciated that. I would highly recommend her! She did an awesome job with what little she had to work with (my nails are extremely short) lol. The salon is beautiful and the atmosphere was enjoyable!! Will be coming back!

Hazel did a fantastic job on my pedicure and acrylic overlay. Attention to detail of natural and neutral color as well as shaping. Also met owner of this neighbourhood shop. Personal individual service and extremely clean and comfortable. It’s a keeper!

Omg! I can not say how amazing this place is, just go see for yourself. I have NEVER have had such an amazing experience with a salon. Alicia Romero killed my nails in an amazing way. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back. She was so patient with my OCDness.

This was my very first time trying patty’s nail salon! When I tell yall the customer service and nail salon experience was PERFECT!!!!! It’s been such a long time going to a nail salons and Alex and Patty made it very welcoming ! ❤️ Loved the entire staff, so friendly !! My nails are PERFECT and beautiful !!!! Just what I asked for ! This my first time here and I am so impressed. It has been a few years since I had my nails done because if the Panemic. I got acrylics with the Glazed Donut finish. I may be saying that wrong. Stacy did my nails and she did an awesome job. Everyone in the salon is so friendly. I will be back!

This is the best nail salon experience i could have ever dreamed of for my daughters 10th birthday. The girls had such a wonderful experience and with it being a smaller salon, it was a very personal experience. We accidentally ended up with extra guests and the techs were so kind and understanding and worked hard to be able to squeeze in some extras so everyone left feeling pampered. I cant wait to book an appointment for my own mani/pedi. The staff and services were all amazing!!
