My nails are destroyed. I initially was not going to leave a review, however looking at the damaged nails upset me all over again. I normally don't wear acrylic, however I broke a couple doing my move to the area and had just acrylic placed on my natural nails for vacation. A month later, I just wanted the acrylic soaked off so I can go back to just manicures. I'm new to the area and picked the nearest one. I explained I just wanted the acrylic soaked off they assigned me to a technician. He put my hands in the solution to soak, and then started clipping my nail. I stopped him and said that's not what I asked for. He proceeded to drill the acrylic off my nails I originally assumed it was like the gel polish and the shiny gloss layer had to be removed. I look down at my nails and he had drilled my nails until they were see through. I pulled my hand away and complained about the condition of my nails. The other male technician came over to look at my nails he tried to say it was not see through it was the polish. Even though the light shined through my thin nails. At that point I advised I was leaving they stated I didn't have to pay. The lady there was sweet and tried to fix it. However after she tried. I just dropped $20 on the table and left. Even the new nail I had grown was destroyed he shaved that thin as well. My nailbeds are so thin they are no longer pink, but red as my flesh is so close to the surface. My nails are thin and brittle and it's my entire nailbeds. So my fingers are sensitive and it's going to take me months to grow out the damaged nails. I'm livid because they knew he did not know what he was doing, yet they left their customers unprotected for potentially months of discomfort and money to find alternative ways to protect the affected area. I'm severely disappointed in almost the whole experience with the exception of the sweet lady that tried to help. Horrible, painful experience! I do not recommend.

First, they gave us ICE COLD water for our pedicure & told us there wasn’t anything they could do about it , then the lady cut my toe & I was bleeding , then onto it all off a SIMPLE pedicure where they don’t even do half the stuff other places do for pedicures was 45$ & I just thought that was ridiculous for the service we got . I didn’t even get a fully paint job just tip & regular paint. Also the BIGGEST issue was they RINSED the utensils they used on our feet off in the sink and put it right back in the box to be used again. If you don’t even have hot water for sanitation why wouldn’t you be using NEW utensils per customer?? Even though most places automatically use new utensils, but at the very least, use HOT water. I used to love this place but I will NEVER go back.

What I asked for VS what I got. Super disappointed. Was told they couldn’t do any blending, ombré, or designs because they are “too expensive”. When I said I was willing to pay for what I wanted she told me no and did this instead. However- The older gentleman that did my pedicure was AMAZING. I wish he could have done my nails too. I was bounced around between three techs and this is the final product. For the price- I would expect better work.

Been coming here for a few months now, they take care of walk ins fairly quickly. Prices are good. The owners wife is more gentle and takes her time, the owner is good at doing other designs but he is rough.

I have gone here on and off for quite a while. My nails always look fine, but the staff is not friendly, and at times they are rather rude. After another rude experience today, I am on the hunt for a new salon.

Overall a decent nail salon. I went in for a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrows. They don’t do eye brows though. They only had 3 people working. 1 on nails and 2 on Pedicures. The staff was really nice but slow. Instead of telling you to wait they just put you in a chair and make you wait for 20 minutes. However the service was good and fairly cheap. I would say I like a more elegant nail salon, but I think it’s pretty nice for the area.

Used to come here all the time. I moved away and went other places. Today i drove the 45 minn to get my nails done. Same man from years ago was still there and he remembered me. Did beautiful work as he always had. I will never go anywhere else again

Took over 2 hours for mani/ pedi. The worst job I've ever seen. Polish clumpy and the cuticles were rough and not cut off.

They were nice about my indecisiveness due to work rules about nails so they gave me exactly what I wanted and they look really nice. Good price for what I got and the time it took to get them done.

Horrible customer service the guy that works at the end is so rude and they don't take card they make you use their ATM that they bought. Prices are crazy high $60 for a full set of basic acrylic. Will never come back here

I haven’t been here in a while. Maybe it was before the COVID lockdown. Regardless, I won’t be back. Not quite deserving of “0 stars” but I have serious reservations giving them 1 star. Something has gone awry with their service (or lack thereof). Cash only. The lady sucked at pedicures. Totally not the way I wanted to end my day. Not at all relaxing and the massage was abysmal. Her fingers digging into my feet was not soothing. I was too scared to say anything, she was on some kind of rampage and apparently she likes to take out her anger on customers. Also, who doesn’t put a top coat on paint?!? Ugh. So disappointed.

The lady did a very sloppy job, and when I politely brought my issues to her attention, she started mumbling under her breath and threw a tantrum. After she calmed down, she proceeded to fix my nails with aggression. The first time I came here, the line was long but at least he did a great job & I was satisfied with my nails. Unfortunately after today, I will no longer go to this place or recommend it because of how poorly she did my nails and her unprofessional attitude.

The personnel at Patriots Nails are outstanding! They always do an excellent, professional job. My fingers & toes are always top-notch when I walk out of this salon. My favorite place to get my nails cared for. No matter how busy, the personnel always take their time and do a wonderful job! Highly recommend!

Very rude and super fast! Nancy was amazing but she moved on. And must have cash bc they will charge you $5 for a card 😕
