The salon is beautiful and clean, and everybody was very friendly. The tech who did my gel fill was super sweet and we had good conversation, and the set came out cute. Four days after the service, my nails began lifting at the back. This unfortunately fell over the holiday, so I was not able to contact the salon for about a week. When I contacted the salon, I was then told that it'd probably been too long for anything to be done but the salon owner would contact me. She never did. Folks, it has only been 12 days and I have had to glue down SIX (6) out of my 10 nails that were trying to peel right off. I've had gel nails forever and my sets always last 3-4 weeks, and never lift at the back like that. Every explanation I can find for that type of lifting indicates application error. After paying $70, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I had to get a full new set because they were too bad for a fill less that two weeks later, or be left trying to glue down nails that are falling off because they were improperly applied.

The best ever for manipedi! Gorgeous facilities! Eyelashes are also superb, very natural as per mug request!(Thank you Lina!) my husband is also a client and he’s not easy to please. He actually looks forward to his appointments and his hands and feet look great!

visited the salon three times in total. The first time was just to get an acrylic fill and a polish which was done pretty decent. The next time I came I came for nails and eyelashes when I got there my appointment was supposed to be at 10 no one opened until 10:06 fine things happen then the technician who starts to do my nails tells me she's allergic to acrylic and no one there at the time could do acrylic. How do you have a nail salon and no one that does acrylic nails l'm not quite sure. I also end up with five cuts on five of my fingers, I didn't get eyelashes after a consultation after showing pictures of what I want and I get nothing even close to that. I speak with the owner. She tells me to come back the next day they will remove and fix which was very nice that she did not have to do that. She really try to accommodate me even offered me a discount on the new lashes. The new girl does them again the same pictures are showing what I would like again not even close. There was a child running in and out of the room of where l'm getting my eyelashes done so I would say this is NOT the kind of a place you would come if you're not looking to be pampered or you're not looking for high expectations. this is just a basic salon I would love to say you get what you pay for but you don't... you get a mediocre experience I don't mind paying money when I'm wowed and I will pay that money every time when I'm wowed but the salon feel very short and every expectation, except for the courtesy of trying to rectify the situation. Always liked this place until recently. Since they bought out Belmar location they never updated their website and pricing is totally different. They also wouldn’t accept a gift card I had from the Wall location because they said it’s “not the same location.” So disappointing. I went here for years.

I am a local I called ask for a price they want a 25 dollar deposit and i said know I do not give a deposit till i know your prices i just want a price for nails they wanted 80 dollars put me on hold 3 times and told me had to want a week for a appointment they where rude sorry I not upscale as you I still have self respect sad cause if you weren't so rude I had 5 other clients that we all were going to book but after how I was treated me and my 5 friends going to rock thanks

I take my elderly Mom to Pasch. Her hair is very thin. Dawn is a miracle worker. The cut and color looks amazing every time. My Mom has also had Britney as a stylist. She has been on maternity leave but is returning. She, as well is wonderful.

I arrived for my appointment today ready to get my usual services. Upon trying to check in I was looked at as if I was crazy for being there and asked “oh she didn’t text you?”. NO, she did not text me (nor is that acceptable or professional) to contact a client that way to tell me my appointment had been canceled the day of the schedules services. There was no accommodation offered. They tried telling me they did not have my phone number but I have written it on the check in paper at all of my appointments, as well as them taking my number every time I make a prebooked appointment on my way out. I have also had voicemail messages left by the salon other times to cancel/move appointments on me so they clearly have my number. Once I expressed how upset I was because I am attending an event today Joann proceeded to tell me “relax it’s just nails” while giving me the middle finger as I was leaving to find a new salon. I’m sad that I will not be able to see my nail technician due to this poor business because she was honestly one of the most talented nail techs I’ve met and enjoyed her services very much. What a shame.

Made an appointment for a gel fill, even though my nails were fine the nail technician forced me to rip my nails off so she could do a new set. Not one, but two of my nails were incredibly crooked and despite asking her to fix them, she did a horrible job of doing so. They just look sloppy. I had paid an $80 deposit prior to my appointment which was meant to go towards my appointment. I was then charged an additional $30 when I was originally told the $80 deposit would cover the price of my fills. I am extremely disappointed at my first experience at this salon and will not be returning.
